Semux is banned due to the appaling level of spam coming from their signature campaign and are no longer allowed to advertise here until further notice. Once they have the decency to respond to my messages and I'm convinced that measures have been put in place to curb spam I'll consider unbanning/unlocking their account/thread.

I think this signature airdrop is way better than wasting energy for nothing. I mean, one thing is POW that protects a network, other would be mining for...an airdrop? Didn't make sense. POW already spends too much energy. Anyway, I probably won't be participating because I don't have enough merit, but I'm glad this project is making things right. I've been holding some since months ago and despite the current price, I still think Semux will have at least half the market cap of Neo (I hope I'm not crazy  )

The best thing of this new project is definitely the java base. I am looking forward finding nice dApps running on this platform. Bringing the JVM to the blockchain is in my opinion the best looking thing for 2018!And for those who do not like Java - there are other languages on the JVM, that might run here, too, like Kotlin and Scala and maybe, even groovy

Have to admit I like Semux, it appears to be the opposite of many projects...

No whitepaper, scant documentation, no public figurehead, comparatively no hype (other than airdrops and signature campaigns on here!).

But a new blockchain built from scratch, fast 30s '0-conf' transactions, proven high TPS scalabilty, novel BFT algorithm, java-based hence multi-platform, fair distribution approach and the roadmap includes distributed apps on potentially 3x runtimes including EVM and EOS.

Semux may be a hidden gems, but any gems need to find a good exchange to help it shine, but I think https://Stocks.exchange is not a good exchange, it does not help semux glow, Instead semux's price on this exchange was dragged down.

Good timing for the signature campaign, hopefully it brings attention in time for VMs
