HACKSPACE PRODUCT PIPELINE

ENCATA has referred to HACKSPACE 10 startups with superior hardware technology products and superior management teams.

Some of the projects are ready for investment into mass production and market launch. The first product, the revolutionary energy ball by Hand Energy, will be delivered to the HACKSPACE blockchain platform in February, 2018. HACKSPACE expects 20-30 new projects annually.

ICO

HACKSPACE has authorized the issuance of up to 1.000.000.000 (one billion) HAC TOKENS (ETH based ERC token), with 51% to be issued directly to the public. The first issuing session was conducted on September 19, 2017, where 255 000 000 HAC tokens have been distributed to investors. HAC TOKENS were sold in an auction format, with the price of the HAC TOKENS determined at the completion of the auction.

HAC Token Sale will issue 255 000 000 HAC TOKENS starting from March, 2018.

The following payment methods may be applied:

• via ETH wallet transfer
• via ShapeShift server for crypto-currency exchange
• via wire transfer in USD (min amount is 1000$) or by using Visa/Mastercard

Benefits to HAC TOKEN buyers:

• For three months after market launch, new products will only be available on the HACKSPACE platform in exchange for HAC TOKENS

Now there are 6 projects on our website that our fund have already invested in.  By the end of the year, we expect 30 projects as a total amount. Also the special working places are needed for startups to develop in comfort, they are called hackspaces. Creation of 1 hackspace requires up to $500.000 of investments, we plan to create at least 1 or 2 hackspaces in each part of the world. So, basically, the more funds we raise, the more hackspaces we will be able to create and the more products we will be able to present to the public.
