I agree with you ETH has a lot more potential to gain more, but i don't think it will hit $1000 especially right now the situation of price is dropping so it needs a lot time to recover. that's only for my ipinion. We can never tell what will market bring to us.

In early of 2018, Ethereum reached its hype of $1400 which every Eth suporters gone crazy. During the first quarter, Eth falls back to $370 bu still recovered for the second quarter with the price of $800. I'm hoping that by the end of this year Ehereum will beat its hype and reach $3000.

I too think ETH is destined for a much greater price, but I don't think it will exceed bitcoin in the foreseeable future.  Then again I really did not think ETH was ever going to cross the $1000 mark, and yet it did.  Now, considering where it is at the present ($605), it might be a good time to buy some.  The importance of it in the bounty business is hard to understate and shouldn't be underestimated.  ETH is destined for great things in my opinion, and if any coin is going to give bitcoin a run for its money, its ethereum.  There isn't even a close second in the altcoin world.

I don't know what makes me go with such a prediction, but my mind always says that ethereum will go above the past all time high value reaching at least the $2000 mark. right, ethereum is trusted by many ico for payment. with the increasing demand for eth, it is expected to boost the price up to $ 1000, at least until the end of this year

I think it will come back to that price when bitcoin is 15000-20000 USD again, otherwise, I am not so sure.
