Could you point out a few exchange projects that claim this also, just for reference.

I would like to see if any of them have an actual Cloud Architect, or one of the caliber of ours. 

He holds 3 AWS Certifications - SysOp, Developer, and Solutions Architect

Plus he is Microsoft Certified - MCSA, Jenkins Certified, and just to round it out (not that it matters for Cloud Architect), Cold Fusion Certified.

When we say we have the team to deliver on what we say, we mean it.

We just sent out the official ICO live email about 2 hours ago.  We used the first few days to really test the system.  We had a few thousand registered it went out to, at that point, before the email went out, we were closing in on the 200k Halo sold mark

If you want to be technical, any ICO of a coin that has PoW is a premine, as the dev team has to generate block 1 with the coins for the ICO before the network is released to the public.   This still does differ from an actual premine though, as we do not keep the coins, but will distribute them to the participants of the initial coin offering. 

If you feel it means something else, please elaborate.   Our presentation was put together with all honesty and integrity, that does not mean that oversights may not happen, but never with malicious intent to misrepresent.
