In terms of overall profitability I would suggest the crypto market as it is a lot more untapped, with less experienced traders and less sophisticated trading bots. However the crypto market is also a lot more volatile and a lot less predictable in my mind, therefore the risk is much greater.

I'd say that with both forex and cryptocurrency, you need to be aware of fundamentals -- or at least dates where fundamental events are happening (e.g. non-farm payroll data release for USD forex pairs, or when a BTC fork/update is occurring).

One thing to consider is the reliability of the trade engine and API. Forex is much more reliable in this respect. Crypto exchanges, by comparison, are pathetic -- constant outages, mismatched orders, unresponsive APIs, unexecuted stop losses. This can cause massive losses and it happens across all exchanges. GDAX, for all its licenses and emphasis on compliance, is one of the worst offenders.

I think they are not the same in forex trading you can loose your money if your speculation is not right on crypto trading you can wait for the price to become higher before you sell it

If you're looking for day trading, then lots of volatility would be a best choice, so i think i would prefer cryptotrading for day trade. Everything can be gamble if you dont have a plan to execute or exit your trade.

Then when the price fall you just wait until it become higher, but at that time you already lose your money in different perspective. If you dont close your position then you dont lose it, its just a different using of word. The thing is forex trading using margin while crypto trading more like stocks trading, forex trading didnt use all your equity to trade while you can double the size of your position while crypto trading depend more on less on your equity unless you're trading BTCUSD on other forex platform.

Believe me, a lot of people unfamiliar with forex jumped in anyway. I recall even in the early 2000s when e-gold and Paypal, and then later even Liberty Reserve were easy to access, people were flooding to forex sites with accounts giving $5 no deposit bonuses. Suddenly it was easy to see your money double on margin trading, people were just doing long or short randomly. The experts and the signal sellers were plenty, 10 pips a day for double your money in a month.

Much of the same is happening with crypto, I feel. Even without margin trading, you have those satoshi pumps. Just scout around the forum especially in Speculation threads. Pump groups. Signals. Bots. So much of the old forex pattern emerging.

I do both. Forex trading i do everyday or for short term while trading crypto for longterm. Actually, trading crypto more thrilling for several times related there are rumors about split fork, segwit or anything. While forex more relaxed, i just need averaging with safe margin, then profit i achieved.

according to my own experience crypto trading is more profitable in short or long term. crypto trading has its own uniqueness we can trade various kinds of coins that we have. while forex trading may result that in can also not as much as crypto trading.

Forex trading is far more dangerous as you are likely to be trading with far higher margin. On crypto exchanges, you can get x2 to x5 leverage whereas forex will brokers will offer from x50 to x500 leverage. Also, minimum position sizes are much smaller on crypto exchanges. So your losses can accumulate a lot quicker on forex which makes crypto an ideal place to learn about trading.

Professional traders will stay away from both crypto and forex exchanges and trade currency futures, this is due to both regulatory advantages and lower fees.

In fact, trading on the forex system is a gambling game, where players only make two selections in the same amount of time, which is exactly the same as the luck we play. play other gambling.

After more than five years of profitable Forex trading experience, I can admit that its high level of uncertainty and unpredictability can make you think that luck is the essence of trading. But after thousands of closed trades with more than 95% accuracy, I can assure you that in Forex trading there are fundamental principles that can ensure excellent performance in the long term.

Trading is not gambling, and that is why there are many fortunate people who live from it, and now that I am getting into the altcoin trading I can realize that they are absolutely different, and maybe I would opt for the altcoin market for being more interesting and profitable .

Crypto trading would really be just like gambling if you wont really make any analysis and carelessly buy coins without knowing on whats the potential of it.If you do try to see on the people who are being successful on crypto trading then I'm sure you would really said the opposite thing.Forex trading is somehow reliable and I can say since I'm a Forex trader and earning 10% on a single month on that will really be a good move if you do base on constant trading the difference on this crypto trading is that you would potentially gain 10-100x in a short period of time.

I'd have to take issue with this point. The forex markets are the most liquid markets in the world, trading volumes of over $5 Trillion a day. Crypto is tiny by comparison. That is also what makes crypto a better place to trade for amateurs, you're not up against the algorithmic trading bots designed by the big hedge funds and built with almost unlimited resources.

If i were you guys, i will go for cryptocurrency trading because the market in cryptocurrency is younger than the forex market so it is not stable and it is easy to play with and make a lot of money but we need to be careful because there is a lot of big players in cryptocurrency market but in the end of the day i can say that cryptocurrency trading might become the way for us to become rich.

They are all trading. It depends on what you like. But if you ask me, I think that crypto trading is better since it is the trend of this decade. You can easily double or tripple your money in one night crypto trading. Therefore, that is the reason why I love crypto trading
