I would accept a portion in Bitcoin and the rest in fiat. I'm already using a fixed amount of fiat each month to invest into Bitcoin, so would be great if my employer had the means to pay a portion directly to my Bitcoin wallet.
But then, who will decide the exchange rates? Because there are hundreds of different exchanges out there, and each of them have their own exchange rates. Another issue may be with the wallet. Which wallet you are going to use, in order to store the coins?

Which wallet you are going to use, in order to store the coins? I think this is where a positive example of regulation could apply. Each country agrees a standard exchange rate for remittance, which is reviewed on a monthly basis against the open market. All employers pay employees at the standard agreed rate for that month. In terms of wallets, you simply provide your public key to payroll who would then convert their fiat to bitcoin at the agreed standard exchange rate and send salaries to all wallet addresses on payroll. Who knows, if it's far enough down the line, companies will be paid for their services in bitcoin and there will be no need to exchange fiat.

Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?
I my self would not accept Bitcoin as my salary here is the reason. Bitcoin is not stable for me to get paid for my work. The sallary you get is not that stable the fractions on bitcoin. (Well yea you might get paid in btc in stable USD rate for your salary) But, still your money may go down or up. For me i would like to have my salary in Fiat than Bitcoin. I think like you no one will accept at this stage bitcoin, being a payment against his salary because it has not yet been recognized/accepted by countries formally. If once it accepted being a legal currency across the world, then, I think it would be acceptable conventionally as well as formally for masses/governments and then, it may be paid as salary for regular job.

I will not accept bitcoin as a salary from a regular job because it is volatile so the value of the bitcoin that i will get is not stable in fiat so i might get a high salary or a very low salary so i don't think that it is a good option for the companies to pay their employees using bitcoin and i will still prefer fiat since it has a fixed value.
It's somehow good and bad because bitcoin price is volatile and the value of your money is uncertain. It's good if bitcoin price will increase when you receive your salary.

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.
This is not advisable. Bitcoin have big fluctuation in price. We are at disadvantage if the price is going down during salary day the money would have a little value. Better if the salary are real money. Because if we got sick during salary day then we do not need to worry to spend real money. Unlike if bitcoin become your salary you would think twice to see a doctor because your money might not enough. I won't take bitcoin as my salary. Even I can exchange bitcoin to my local currency very easily, it only takes few minutes, but still I don't want to take the price risk. I use salary to pay my household expenses. My bitcoin earnings go into my savings for the future. It is just an extra cherry on the top of the cake for me.

It can be said yes and it can also be said no, we can see the people who join the campaign in this forum, they will get a salary every month and some are getting it every week. If the campaign runs for a long time then it's a regular job for those with a good salary, it does not mean I think a campaign is a job, but that is the reality that is here. And if the campaign only runs in a short time then it is not a permanent job.

Yes true, many people feel the benefits of bitcoin, they can get extra income from various tasks done, join ICO, bounty hunter, join signature campaign and so on, even I've heard people can get up to $ 1000 a month because join bounty campaign and I think that's a big income that real works.

I always dream of it, receive a monthly salary with the proceeds of bitcoin, but for now I still only make the result of bitcoin as additional income, because I only have a bit bitcoin.

Of course not. With the status of the volatility of the bitcoin right now, It would be a disadvantage for me because my wage will never be fixed. If might get decreased with a blink of an eye a little or if im lucky it would become high. The uncertainty of your salary can be unfair for you or with the company. And also, the availability of exchangers in our place is not really convenient right now with thick sell price and fees. I would choose fiat as my salary, then ill take care of it if want to convert it into bitcoin.

I would gladly accept bitcoin as a salary. It is estimated that bitcoin on average doubles in price every eight months. Such growth does not give any bank in the world as deposits.

as we know that the Bitcoin industry is unstable. at any time the value of Bitcoin can depreciate and in turn will cause harm, and that would disrupt my financial stability. therefore I will not do it, for me it will be easier to accept lard with conventional money.

Due to the volatility of Bitcoin, I may not accept Bitcoin as a salary on my regular job. As we all know that this type of currency is yet to be accepted worldwide in which the value may depreciate any time. There's nothing wrong if Bitcoin will be used as a payment for your service though, It means that the possibilities of Bitcoin to be legally accepted worldwide will be much more anticipated.

No, I do not think so. Because Bitcoin never gives me specific meaning. It sometimes goes down too much. Sometimes there is a lot of profit. But Bitcoin is much more unstable. But through this we earn a lot of money. But one thing I can finally say is that Bitcoin is still illegal in our country, so if Bitcoin is valid in my country, then I will accept Bitcoin regularly as a salary.

I dont really think that would be a nice idea. To think that btc changes its value everytime. So the exchange rate is never or never will be fix and that is one of the cons here. I think it would really be a big hassle to the company and the employees as well instead of having a monetary or fiat in their wallet they still need to have it change and converted since realistically btc is not yet very accommodated especially in my country. But lets open the idea that if the company would provide perks in BtC lets say extra bonuses then i would greatly appreciate. 👍

Bitcoin is a good investment, but considering it for paying employee's salary I don’t think it's a good idea due to its fluctuating value. If one get paid thru bitcoin, salary can be high or worse be low which we don't want. Maybe I will just invest in bitcoin using fiat and monitor it's value if when it gets high so I can get higher return.

It does not matter to me actually how they pay me for my job. What matters to me is the amount. Even if your salary is paid in bitcoin but it is equivalent to a little amount then it is still not good enough for me. I am accepting bitcoin as payment but only if the amount is good enough.
