That is acceptable only if employer will calculate salary in USD and pay accordingly to BTC/USD price.

And I'd be willing to negotiate my payment in BTC without it being calculated every month. This means that If we agreed to something like 0.5 BTC a month, i'd be getting it until the end of my contract, regardless of the value in USD. I'm a believer, so that would be great for me. If it fell a bit I'd end up saving more every month, and if it went up like crazy, I'd have a lot more purchasing power.

This would be the ideal system where it would be worth receiving a salary in bitcoins. It would entail its risks, but also its advantages. However, according to what has been seen in the signatures campaigns, the natural tendency is still to use the BTC/USD quote as a reference when calculating payments, which I do not think is the most appropriate thing in the bitcoin ecosystem, and I hope one day we can overcome this unnecessary habit.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

if we employer will pay in such usd amount into btc, maybe such employer qill just tell why bothered? Why will add a new activity that may cause delay and error to their company. They will just used our fiat that keep on putting an amount that is unstable. But if its a company wherein all employees are btc user then it can be considered.

for me the bitcoin is currently an additional income because I have not earned a great deal of bitcoin. currently I also have a job other than bitcoin. if I already earn a lot of bitcoin then I will quit other jobs and only bitcoin my income.
That was the answer I was looking for. Exactly, it so fine to get bitcoins as salary as current conditions but fluctuation is there in price charts. What if, when bitcoins are super-imposed by a whale and prices gets low. Will you be accepting your low-salary? Definitely not. So salary is best in fiat only.
Everyone do something for the sake of money and for the sake of the salary so if you will not provide the proper salary then no one will be interested in your work and then no one will work hard. So bitcoin is providing the proper salary and the signature campaign is there if you will write some effective posts then they will surely give you profit and will make you earn good money.

Drawing is not my biggest source of income, but in a way I do accept bitcoin as my art salary, as I only get paid in bitcoin for artwork.

I think a good idea is to provide a fixed amount for necessary living expense (food, shelter, basic necessities, money to support wife and kids) in fiat, but then the extra income to be in bitcoin. I personally would accept that term, because I see bitcoin going upward in the long run with increased buying power and more variety of things we can buy with BTC. If it doesn't and BTC crashes, well, jokes on me.

I guess salary always will be paid with inflationary money ... I see bitcoin more like on the other side of the T-accounts (Accountants and bookkeepers jargon) as dividend ...

salary is just another expense ...

I thin I will accept Bitcoin as a regular salary for my job in certain condition.  My country legalized it and there are stores that accept Bitcoin as mode of payment or I can convert it to fiat currency anytime of the day.  If these condition is met, I wouldn't mind to be paid in Bitcoin.

What if your salary goes down in case of huge volatility? Smiley I dont mind to accept bitcoins as salary if we consider market price change frequency during the last 2 week.

Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

I will accept bitcoin as my salary because it just like our traditional currency and it is universal. You can withdraw it easily anywhere that has atm.

I don't want to receive salary payments through bitcoin, because the bitcoin prices is not stable, and I use my salary for daily needs.
working in other countries is no different, however,if I send money to my family maybe I will use bitcoin
I think that the work still it would be nice if we work in reality and earn each month that is sure to pay all your monthly bills and needs. If the bitcoin it is better we use as a side job because revenue in May was not certain and of the bitcoin income we can use to save for the future. because of the bitcoin can we're working on during my spare time and not have to constantly 8jam like working hours in General.

For me I would totally accept bitcoin as a salary in my profession because as you said you can exchange it in your local currency and also you can invest on it. There are many things you can do with bitcoin, you can buy when the price is high and keep it when its low and wait until it goes high again. Bitcoin is really going to be the future of our currency and when that happened bitcoin as a salary will not be question anymore.

Well, the volatility of any fiat currency is nowhere near the volatility of BTC, and even if, say, USD, was to go down, the prices would go down with it, so there isn't as big of a problem. I've traveled and lived quite a lot in Europe but earn in USD, so I know very well how the lessening purchase power affects one, but within your country and currency it's not exactly the same deal.

But sure, I'd earn in crypto at least partly without a doubt. Even if I had immediate need for cash I'd just give my employer my BTC ATM card address and I could withdraw the money to fiat in minutes after it's sent. I mean, I'm investing roughly 10% of my salary into crypto anyways, so might as well cut down on the fees!

As we do a job every where we get some amount for that as reward on account of Salary. As we do work with BTC we will get an amount as salary. So do hard work with patience ang get a reward of that . One difference is when we get a job we will wait for the whole moth to get the salary but not in case of working with bitcoin it provide us income on regular basis.

I Think this is an advantage and disadvantage if you will be going to accept salary for your 1 month service of work if the Value of currency is high much better, but how about if the time you accept your salary is with low value of currency would you accept this?

I think it has a standard amount of Bitcoin for your 1 month  salary income and then divided it in to your daily income. but not depending on  the daily value of currency

I think having your salary in bitcoin could be etertaining...watching cryptomarket all day Tongue. I dont think any of the employers would actually offer this kind of method because the volatility would affect their business.

This  could be better idea to popularize the currency. There also should be an option between regular currency and cryptocurrency as per the employees choice. Well, I would definitely go for  this, if it is available.

I think the producer is pretty good for a trader with 1 btc of capital, and the percentage of profits from trading results is not excessive and the ratio is sufficient, and maybe i will try to do the same with a small profit target but can be on a regular basis. Because at this time i focus on trading but in altcoin in addition to taking care of my business as a breeder.

Why would you want to accept Bitcoin if you were just going to exchange it back to the currency you're currently being paid in?

I wouldn't want to be paid in Bitcoin at this point. I hold cryptos because I believe in the long-term value of it, but I still need most of what I earn in fiat to pay my bills. Until Bitcoin becomes much less volatile and I can buy a carton of milk with it, I'd prefer to be paid in fiat.

As for me, I wouldn't accept bitcoin as salary for my job. Bitcoin is vey volatile.  It is not suitable to use bitcoin as salary. It will only makes me feel  that I wasn't paid at the exact amount of my salary if bitcoin price gets very low during my payday. And I don't think the employer will also like the idea of bitcoin as salary to their employees. It is advantage to us if bitcoin price keeps on increasing but it's more likely unfair to the employer.
