Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

I am accepting it as a salary now on bitcointalk forum,, what’s the difference.. When eventually we buy bitcoin from fiat after our pay day and invest it.. It just that it was directed to that.. Maybe if the company might implement this in my country,, it is much better if they put it optional than mandatory.. We all know that not all people are tech oriented one so it’s better to be sensible to they’re level also..

That's really difficult. Country wouldnt allow it because they wont have controle over money circulation. Added to that, Tax and TVA problems for countries. But if it come to reality it will really be revolutionary.

Bitcoin as payment for your salary in regular job? It is not fair that companies are using bitcoin to give their employees as their salary. The value of bitcoin is unpredictable where it is go up and when it is go up. For example they give you a salary in regular money you must have 240USD   enough for your expenses. But if they give you bitcoin, worth 240USD then the bitcoin price goes down when the time you exchange it to money. U may lost a portion of your salary.

A bitcoin salary won't require a tax and your income can also be automatically sent to your wallet which is nice and safe. It is best if you're working abroad and you can also easily sent money to your loved ones through bitcoin transactions.

Of course if anyone offers a job to me and the salary is Bitcoin, i will definitely accept the job. Obviously bitcoin can be sold to the local currency and we can enjoy the results of that job, like such as the other jobs which its salary is regular currency. And i think a bitcoin salary can give more profit if its value was high.

No, I will not accept my base salary with bitcoin, I will only receive my basic salary with real money. Payments with real money are still pretty simple to me, still simpler than bitcoins. And also I think if someday the government blocks bitcoin, I'm worried that bitcoin can no longer be in exchange for money in my country so it's safer if I accept real money only, and let me get bitcoin from here, from bitcoin.

I think for now bitcoin has not yet found price stability. if I work and is given a salary of about 0.03btc, and by that time the bitcoin price is high, then I get a big salary. but if the bitcoin price goes down I feel a loss.

Then the same also applies when bitcoin is undervalued, you'll be receiving lower income than usual moreover bitcoins price is not high or on the rise everytime so you might

wanna think it again sir. i think its better if all your part time jobs will be paid in bitcoin but not your regular job because stable income has its advantage particularly when

dealing with your financial problems

may be for those who are already focused and pursue bitcoin as the main source of monthly or weekly income but I myself have not been able to put the bitcoin as a monthly salary that can cover the needs, I still put my restaurant business and bitcoin as a side income Wink

Exactly,, a much convenient way for all working abroad.. To go outside is even dangerous if your not familiar to that place and it’s culture.. This transaction has less or minimal or even none depend to the wallet provider your using..
It’s worth a try anyway and if it works smoothly to our daily lives,, why not..

it's the risk that we get if our lard is paid with bitcoin, but when we receive the nominal salary we get the same, if we do not want to lose then when we receive a salary with bitcoin we should immediately exchange with local money that way amanya no loss

Bitcoins as a form of salary would not actually be a good idea .
The whole idea of bitcoins was to provide financial freedom , but if we pay people with bitcoins they may face some suffocation in marketing sector.
People would obviously prefer to use bitcoins when the value would go up , and at that time the markets stocks could possibly run off.
Many people would not even use bitcoins , thinking that they would get profit in future if they use it as an asset.

me too i will accept the bitcoin as a salary for regular job because we can exchange it in our local currency. And come to think of it, if Bitcoin will be the new form of money in the Philippines we don't need to deploy Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) outside the country due to the fact that they can earn more money for their daily needs.
There are too many lower level people who want to earn in bitcoin they need something for make for better future and they use bitcoin like a salary.

For me it is better to have a decent, regular job offline and just make bitcoin a part-time job in order to sustain some income.

I think you need to take it safe to keep it going, now that I see in the next country can not access bitcoin for some reason but it's not important to us and the most important thing we now keep and make real money, set a strategy for things that are not desirable..

This  could be better idea to popularize the currency. There also should be an option between regular currency and cryptocurrency as per the employees choice. Well, I would definitely go for  this, if it is available.
That is actually the point of fact. Things will be in your favor only when you are able to enjoy them. If employer somehow managed to give salaries in bitcoins and employees are happy because price is going up so profit for them.

But what if bitcoins are in loss and prices goes down less than $2000, do employees still happy? No they wouldn’t be.
