Well this is, if there is no work at all, then yes, and so I do not think there will be enough time for activity in the market, because one must always be aware of everything and make quick decisions, ie, devote more than 3 hours a day.

why not, If its competitive than other jobs that offer over fiat, I'll accept it, given the volatility still I can hold them for a while then use it.

Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?
For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.
As good as it sounds, I don’t think it is a good idea. Sure, getting bitcoins as salary is cool and awesome. But if you think about the volatility, then it becomes quite bad. But if on the days of salaries, the price drops, and increases later, then that would be nice. But the thing is, bitcoin doesn’t work that way, and has a pretty complicated pattern. So I am still going with fiat on this one.

I do not agree if bitcoin will be the salary for a regular job. Yes you can earn so much once the value of bitcoin increases but when the time comes that bitcoin value is not that high or it depreciates, your salary will also decrease. There is no permanent in bitcoin. It changes everyday and no one knows what will be its value for the near future.

So I am still going with fiat on this one. I think it depends on what company you intend to. It's fine if you give a salary from bitcoin. For instance, you are putting up a game company like gadgets. So in that case you can give the server an amount that depends on his performance regardless of the time he spare for a day. Though this sound risky for an amount of money but at least he would know how to make use of it if he knows how to hold or trade his coins. It's not only about the salary itself but he has the strategy to make it profitable not just by working but it also assists with business opportunity.

Bitcoin is considered property by the IRS. If you were paid when the price is high and then sold, or bought stuff when the price was low, you can claim capital losses. Maybe they meant "losses" instead of gains.

I will have to say no to this. Bitcoin's price is very volatile and it can change anytime in a moments notice. Lets say the price of bitcoin suddenly went down by 40 percent, that would be a huge problem especially if the salary you are receiving is just enough for you to get by everyday.

That would be something interesting to see. Yes i would accept Bitcoin as payment, I mean why would i not. Bitcoin is spreading all over the world, and like you said it would't be hard to exchange it for local currency. But it would be even greater if there were more places where we could spend our Bitcoins. That way we would't need to exchange it. That is purpose of Bitcoin, to be a world currency which people could use in all parts of the world.

If our country implemented this type of system, I don't think people would adhere to it that easily. Bitcoin is not really known in our country, it is in its early stage of development where most people are only starting to hear about it. Living in the third world country where most of its population are considered minimum wage earners, Bitcoin may not be appealing as a form of salary for them for they have no idea of its benefits. To those who belong in the high classes may agree, but I think most people here in our country would still prefer cash for now.

Difference bitcoin with other payment system such as paypal or liberty reserve is we can get for free, if we want to use paypal then we must deposit and not easy to find it for free like in bitcoin.

In terms of being practical, I will accept bitcoin as my payment knowing that my salary may grow more because the value of bitcoin is increasing continuously. This may be considered risky but the fact that you may obtain greater amount of money is what most of the people's reason why they are still risking their money. This may also help on making every individual's life convinient because we all know that bitcoin is a cryptocurrency which is exactly what we need right now.

I will not accept bitcoin as a salary from a regular job because it is volatile so the value of the bitcoin that i will get is not stable in fiat so i might get a high salary or a very low salary so i don't think that it is a good option for the companies to pay their employees using bitcoin and i will still prefer fiat since it has a fixed value.
that is also one of the reasons why bitcoin, has not been touched by the government as a legitimate means of payment, because prices are not yet stable in the market

Honestly, I love to create a world for Bitcoin as a payment method important than a currency. Because the nature of Bitcoin not useful to use daily, it can not creates a transaction and confirm instantly, maybe Ripple or Digibyte will better than when you want to use cryptocurrency as a currency.

Bitcoin is still very volatile in the market movement as a whole so I wouldn't agree readily to accept the currency coin but half of my salary would make more sense. Using fiat to hedge against Bitcoin is probably one of the safest option.

Maybe I can accept bitcoin as salary for my regular job but I think only 20% to 30% of it and the rest will be in fiat money.I am involved with bitcoin in a trade and investment. on the other hand I can follow signature campaigns and such.
