no i don't think that i am a gambling expert i still made mistakes in gambling even i played that so many times. and i think even how expert you are still you will always lose just like my father i think he is a gambling expert, but he always lose the game maybe because he is not really lucky in gambling .

What you said the end of your statement that is 100% true if you are expert in gambling no matter but you should be lucky to make money in gambling. I think we cannot become a 100% experts in gambling we can try to win maximum games, but we can't win all our bets this is for sure.

even experience gambler still need a luck in gambling what make different with us is experience gambler know how to stop, how to control emotion. So they could take a steady profit in gambling or take the loss if necessary.

The only thing that even makes someone an experienced gambler is being able to know when to stop when you have been dealt with in the past and you understand what that means.

Every person in gambling requires luck to even pull through which most times, that luck is very hard to come by even though I have heard some people just have that huge luck bestowed on them. Although, for sport gambling, you might need to be some sport analytical expert to be able to make some good prediction but all still balls down on luck.

Yep, the true gambling experts are not the ones who wins the top dollars, not at all. Anyone can get lucky without even trying. Whenever I win at gambling, I never consider myself an expert but just perhaps lucky to have invested on something winnable. You may say that winning at gambling requires strategic planning, but I also subscribe to the idea that said planning must come handy with other extraneous circumstances. No such person exist on the face of it as far as I know but do correct me if I am wrong.  There is nothing like gambling experts and if someone claims this I will never ever believe it because I know very well is all about luck. There are few games in which a person can use his skills to win the game but still those are also depending on luck in one way or other. For instance, a poker player can use his skills but if he gets useless cards, his game is as good as over even before he starts paying it.

Nor do we need to be expert gambling. If you want to gamble then gamble alone, do not need to be gambling expert or acknowledge as gambling expert. Recognizing yourself as an expert gives you a confidence , that's good and nothing wrong.
