You should take into account the number of total posts, and reduce the need of new posts, because sig is also displayed in old posts.

activity/10 + new posts * 2

or

Old posts disappear in a few days back in the archives as there is a lot of daily activity and new posts on the forum. So why would we pay for posts that noone sees. And most of the (not enough posts) guys haven't done a single post after they signed up for the service, or have done 5-10 posts, there is a minimum requirement for 50 posts per month. They just put their address hoping to get paid without lifting a finger. It doesn't seem fair.
