Are they going to keep on dropping?

I really think it would be more fair if you would pay what you agreed to at the start of the cycle.  Then offer a new rate.  That way people would have the honest chance to walk away if they don't want to go on at the new rate.  It seems quite unfair to start doing work expecting one rate only to find that the pay has been dropped by the time its payday.

Just my opinion.

If you started at 1btc = $100, but a month later we pay you at 1btc = $2000, how is that fair to us  We will be paying 20 times above what we originally had in mind for the service.
