5 days ago I encountered with a problem on this Exchange. I cancelled order but my asset is still frozen (as it is still in active order). Support bot only asks for patience but do nothing. Is this serious work?

One more day of unsolved "grandiose" problem. What means that they can not fix this elementary case ?

These kind of reports about various issues should be worked on with high priority. Problems resolving speed and customer support are key for the success of this business specially. Bugs appearance isn't big thing but fixing in no time is what matters the most. La Token as exchange has started to gain attention and this pace should be kept up with every possible effort.

I think it is very unlikely that Binance will be too far away to be made as a comparison for the future.
There are too many problems, where the solution takes a very long time to resolve. Surely this will make customers move and will not even visit it

If we look at the rise and fall of big exchanges of past can watch the common things which made them or broke them. La Token as exchange are doing everything with impressive speed when it is to list new tokens or communicate on social media. They are on the way to success which is taking time but is obvious. If they will keep the customers up by looking after them it will be among top very soon.

Watch Latoken Careful with Transactions - Wrong Addresses

By chance I have just noticed that the same deposit address is displayed for each coin on the latoken website.

It reads: 0x15a61861aE5EEe9FC2B4653bcC8De782558cc36d

I tried different browsers and the result is always the same.

So please be careful where you send something.

Can anyone else confirm that? Or is the problem only with me?

Maybe you are using Yahoo or Live email address sometimes they took very long time. I'm using Gmail there never that kind of issue to receive verification mail. If you are having problem than you could ask from support section there are really fast and quick.

I'm using hotmail that is from microsoft as live is... as far as i know. I will try to wait longer.

I think Latoken is bad exchange , I will never exchange again with Latoken , I think everyone come find other good exchange ..

is anybody encountering problems when depositing BTC from Bittrex. I send six hours ago and have 36 confirmations but no deposit shows up at LATOKEN.

The support is NOT supportiv.
