I think a platform like this was awaited for a long time where people would share/view and shall ear crypto. Youtube is a famous platform but the earning there is next to nothing unless you have a huge fan followers. So, for someone new to YouTube this will take a while to get seeing some bare min money which might not be enough compared to hours that is needed to record and publish a video. This is why many do not take that route however with this new platform I am sure it will break the ice.

Total issuance will be 900M tokens and 200M tokens will be available at the token sale, all the tokens that are not sold during the ICO will be burned (all remaining from 200M). 100M will remain for the team, 100M will be for partnerships. 500M will be distributed over the period of 10 years in a predefined and regulated manner – set up into a smart contract – in the form of incentives to attract users and producers into the platform.

It's 200M for token sale, 100M for partnership, 100M for the team and 500M will be released during 10 years in an incentive programs. Specific details on the program have yet to be announced.

Did you check your ethereum address you contributed in etherscan.io?  There you should see in "Internal Transaction" tab transfer of Flixx tokens to your wallet.
If you are using MEW it should add Flixx token support soon and you will be able to see Flixx tokens

I have to agree that the Flixxo team did not leave a lot of room for a quick ICO-style 10x profit for us, the investors - too many FLIXX issued and too high price;

it's sad that they want to keep it all and not share profit with early investors. I hope they end up burning a lot of FLIXX in the end, this would solve this over-abundance problem.

That being said, this one might work out in the long term though - they have a superb idea and now they also have the means to make it happen. Certainly not a shitcoin.

Supply is not a big concern in recent situation if a token has use case than it will get succeed to find it's way for sure. This project have talented people and this will get nice value.

Total supply: 100,000,000,000 (one billion) is a lot! Difficult to reach $0.10. There are however many media's available.
