I can't speak from the advertisers side, I'm sure they merely have an interface for uploading their videos at present. However, comparing Adex, which is a pure ad platform, is not a great comparison. As for price, the team's focus is on developing the best platform possible, through that, token economy and price will come. And the main marketing push will be for public release.. It would not be a sensible use of tokensale funds to now market a platform in beta with only invites for access and the platform being incomplete and with bugs!

Yeah, depending on which country you are from withdrawing PayPal to your bank account and than buying Bitcoin/Eth to exchange to Flixxo would be best option
There are even some sites which offer PayPal to Crypto but I haven't personally used them so I can't recommend any

They are slowly releasing the content they have onto the platform I believe. This whole project is about scaling, so dumping a ton of content and users on at one time would not be the best decision.
The rate to accept new users will grow exponentially as well, the bigger we get the better we will get.

When someone buys your video, for e.g. 1 Flixx and you have set 30% sharing with community, that means the person who buys your video and seeds it to the network receives 30% of future buys from other viewers... and they all land in that 30% pool (but get proportional share).
So the content creator is giving away 30% on every purchase, so that others share his/her video to make it available to the network, easily watchable. Remember this is about Bittorrent, there is no youtube server storing your video, so the more people seeding your video, the better it loads, the faster it plays... and on flixxo, the better it is ranked

I will say look at the scenario by other angle because the more the people share the more demand of Flixx will increase. When demand of any thing increases everyone knows it directly effect the prices in market. Don't worry to get less Flixx because it is valuable token not quantity. We should make Flixx valuable and then fraction of this token will be worth to get as share.
