There is nothing safe choice in crypto actually all investment comes with risk we can afford to do this than potentially it have good chance of increase after successful launch of this platform this will bring good impact on the price. But never follow advise of anybody much hard to predict.

That will happen in due course; note that we are constructing our own exchange for sxdt and sxut where all investors can congregate to trade that safely. Right now the listing costs of major exchanges are in the $1m-2m range and we will not be spending that money (not even close) to get it listed. Its not a priority. Those funds are instead deployed on actual product growth which leads to real dividend return and value.

Can't be fully decentralized yet. The tech isn't there yet. Who will code? Who will work? Who will contribute? Where will money go? Who will pay for marketing / updates / etc?

I think bitcoin is not an enemy mate, we are just relying with its value since it is the basis inside crypto, but for me developers can bring their project to its own edge, as long as progress are available and investors are well aware in any events or updates then the project will continue to rise even bitcoin value is
not really rallying up, the more updates coming from the team and the more the community are showing supports and interest the better the value will be
after the launch of this system.

We are still into bearish phase it seems this could take little more time to achieve this milestone. I also think this token has good potential to reach $5 in value soon maybe by end of Q2.

I think it means the Bitcoin trending can affect the investor of Spectre.
Example I know some tokens listed on exchange recent.
Although these tokens below the ICO price for a long time and at recent got listed on major exchange (kucoin), but the value just increased stopped at 20% and dumped to old price at now.

Exactly, the potential coin will take time to give good returns and I hope from April the price of spectre will start increasing in the market, once they start paying dividends to people who are holding the coins.

I don't care about sxdt's price, I only care about dividends (and btw if dividends are good enough, price of sxdt will skyrocket if you have weak hands and you wanna sell them)

if you deposited/withdrew from an exchange with KYC, if your transactions are being broadcast unencrypted over your ISP ... those can be used to identify you
or I guess if the wallet address you use is from some online service
