As stated numerous times through out the ICO and since it's completion, the platform is not open to some places (including the US at this time) and dividends will not be paid to those in places where the platform is not open. Hello, can I register in the platform whenever  I want (in order to receive dividends)  or there  is  a deadline, that  if  you don't  sign up  in time, you won't be able to  collect dividends?
