Anyone have problems getting their deposit credited ?
I checked the TX (ETH deposit) over 1000 confirms and 6+ hours wait, still no ETH showing in my account... I'm currently verified lvl. 1 and it's only half an Ether, so limits should be all fine.

I had a dealing with customer support for something I messed up and this guy Julian was a superstar and fixed me up. Deposits and withdraws are slow but they are getting through. No biggie as long as its a hiccup. Also, please vote for a coin that will be good for the exchange. We need a popular proven coin with fast cheap transactions. The one on COB's list that does that is DigiByte. We have to be able to move coins in and out cheaply. Vote with your head on this one guys, seriously. If the exchange is a success all COB holders will win. How they will be able to support the website if they are not getting any funds from the transaction fees? And, they need to pay it from their funds. I just need an answer. |

I just paid 0.01 ETH (~$12 USD) to withdraw 0.8 ETH is your answer. An actively traded DGB on Cobinhood would be the solution. Yes I'm persistent. |

If you can get lucky you buy COB under $20. Cob has potential to be better than Bitconn etc of course.

High challenge to make this idea profitable, but I trust Popo and the rest of the team.
Right now the exchange has crazy prices for coins vs dollar (1BTC - 4200$, 1 ETH - 498$), I guess it's because it hasn't been possible to move fiat into the exchange. COB and CMT have different prices to coinmarketcap but in this case they're quite similar.
I expect that in this week with all the new coins we can start to see more normal prices.

DO NUT TRUST THIS EXCHANGER!
they are doing selective scams
my verification is pending since 3 days ,the sms code they sent for verification was wrong, site gaves me error, and now is impossible to get new sms or to edit anything , they hold a big amount of my funds , no way to withdraw.
telegram support sucks, and they banned me after i reported my trouble, admins on telegram are always off
contact us on site doesn't works
