[ANN] COBINHOOD - ZERO Trading Fee Cryptocurrency Exchange

COB is dead , and Cobinhood are scamed , no volume trading , no liquidity ! SCAMMM

If they are still open and trading then most probably is not a scam but it is cobinhood's fault to not bring liquidity to the exchange. They must incentivize market makers to come to cobinhood. As we can see they don't have many coins trading there but the exchange has a nice UI. I have noticed that their orders books look buggy or is it just me? Can anyone tell me where can I find the whitepaper so I can see what are their tokenomics?

This exchange site lack of promotion and the UI doesn't seem good for me personally. The main point that prevents this exchange site to growth the developer was strictly apply KYC for the new users and remember those major exchange sites are putting a better requirement to trade and there was a limited amount for those are not verifying their accounts. that should be the main reason why this exchange site still doesn't grow a lot.
Even the dev has already removed it but it doesn't work.

Have they removed the KYC obligation for new users? Are you saying that did not the trick or what? Most exchanges don't ask for KYC to trade and they let users withdraw like 2 btc per day just like Binance.

You can withdraw up to 3 BTC per day as shown below, and more If you decide to verify your identity.



For me, the reason why they don't have many users is because of the supported coins. They should start adding new coins (ones that finish ICOs) instead of listing old ones, that way they know they'll gain a new userbase each time, whom will probably stay If the exchange is half decent.

I was thinking the same thing and agree that they have very few supported coins. They should list the most popular coins and altcoins that have huge demand from the community.

i think this exchange has huge potential. accumulating... especially when transactions will go up everywhere.. so will they happen on cobinhood, since its a no fee exchange. I do think they need to put in better coins man... because the exchange and the app works amazing.. but they need better marketing.. until then il wait and buy and see what happens.

i think this exchange has huge potential. accumulating... especially when transactions will go up everywhere.. so will they happen on cobinhood, since its a no fee exchange. Every exchange need to show their credibility in the market which they need to increase their volumes which will attract many customers to their exchanges. Every customer will show more interest only when their TPS should increase both the withdrawal and Deposits.

Yeah, it's a WTF moment. Glad I sold my tokens back in December 2017. But I will be honest, I was thinking of holding the tokens for long term, seeing Cobinhood has an interesting usecase of zero fee trading. But obviously the bear market hasn't been good to many.

Please you can now start to surf to the internet through use your browser and then search the latest news about that, it looks like something fishy has already discovered. Zero fees trading is a non sense thing. Exchange needs to keep its operation and basically this is how a bad project running away with a lot of money. I can even build a simple site like cobin in short time. lol 16 millions are too much

This is really interesting. My number one rule for using any exchange is security. I am quite surprised that i did not hear it before i read it here. You give me good reason for better research

It's unacceptable what they did with Dexon token dumping and now another unethical move to wind up the company and make COB investors a loss with their investment.

I think Cobinhood investors should sue the company for this exit scam strategy because these people adding black marks to cryptocurrency industry for their own gains. However, I don't think that investors can do something in the courts due to lack of legislation for these kind of scams.

If I am not mistaken, this is the 3rd cryptocurrency exchange that will be closed very soon this year after Cryptopia and UEX.

If I am not mistaken, this is the 3rd cryptocurrency exchange that will be closed very soon this year after Cryptopia and UEX.

They didn't dump dxn lol, only 37k tokens were sold.
The dxn unlocking still makes the coins unable to be moved for 24h firstly.

What actually happened was that when the nodes went offline, people panicked and pulled buy orders and then dumped the 37k tokens.

The dxn team took 15 nodes offline - 15m tokens, so nowhere near the amount.  Also they hold like 800m tokens as is and wouldn't need to take nodes off to dump.
