Is it me or has mining slowed down on the new server? I was getting close to a coin a day and I am down to a third.

Im feeling the exact same thing. Since this server upgrade that the payments interval to my wallet have gone from an average 1 hour to sometimes 6+ hours...

This are the setting im using on smOS with DSTM miner - i run 3 rigs, 2 x 12 cards and 1x 8 cards... the rigs and cards are exactly the same used on the old zhash.pro servers.

--server eu1.zhash.pro --port 3057 --user <my zen wallet>

Wonder if i should use a different port?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Hello, yes first days on a new server was a low profit in a case we moved miners during day, and yesterday was pool hoppers party on some pools and network was unstable + luck factot and we didn't have enought blocks. Now i see blocks goes well and earnings should return to average. We will now work to take more hashrate on pool. Let me know how you profit is today. We keep the 2nd palce on Zen by hashrate.

Also we don't support Nicehash miners anymore

Alright, thanks for getting back to me. I have also changed my port to 3059 since it looks to be a more suitable port for my case (or at least i think it is ). I will report back in 2 days.

What's the reason for severe underpayment now? I just resumed mining here yesterday with a hashrate of 1800 Sols/s and in 19 hours I have a balance of 0.073 ZEN with no payouts, when I should have earned 0.195 ZEN in that amount of time - that is only 37% of what is expected!

And you really can't blame pool luck at this point because a block is found every hour and pool hashrate is ~2.5 MSols/s so earnings should be back to normal.

Before the server switch I was receiving the predicted amount of ZEN every 24 hours from your pool, and prior to trying out your pool I was mining ZEC on Flypool with no issues as well, but ever since the new pool went live I have been getting cheated out of >50% of my earnings. Please explain.

Hello! Tonight we checked everyting on pool we found some issues on it and fixed them, but it was really bad luck and there was no blocks. Now blocks goes well so far.
Network hash and diff are steady now at 45-59 msol and 800k - 1000k diff, so we don't have now 10% of the networks, so we will announce giveaways or bonuses to take more hashrate on pool.
For right now we have 10 blocks in immature.

Yes first days the profit was low, in a case of migration and low luck.
Now i see profit is coming back to whattomine.

3057 is the same as on old server. 3059 is modified port. 3057 was left for migration, lots of miners was autoswitched to new server

Hello, today network increased to 45-51 msol/s and diff too, so the avg can be reach within 2-3 days, small pools gives avg in s long distance from 2-3 days
