I don't think China will ban it for long. After all Chinese are the most profitable investors in the whole of crypto markets.

Yeah and the rumor has not even been confirmed yet. China won't ban ICOs but will regulate it for better implementation.

ICO banned in china because the Chinese government wants to make the regulation first, if the regulation about ICO already made of course ICO will be unbanned.

Cryptocurrencies have immense potential in terms of becoming a model means of exchange that is free from manipulation by governments, corporations, and other interest groups. Be that as it may, the recent news (erroneous or fact) about China shutting down ICOs and banning trading has caused the markets to plummet

I think the government wants to control this market since this market is not controlled by the government, and if the government controls it completely, the ICO will be back, of course controlled by the government.

Indeed, it is expected that after the Chinese government has implemented a number of measures to remove non-transparent and risky ICOs from the market, a legitimate and justified ICO will dawn, as credibility will be significantly strengthened. Against this background, the rate of crypto-currencies, especially their leaders - bitcoin and etherium, will significantly increase. However, this will not be until October or November. In the meantime, we need to be patient and wait.
