I have lots of neo too and I'm hodling. It will bounce back. People are scared now so they make rash sell of decisions. Don't make emotional investment decisions.

You may need to wait a few weeks/months to see 30+ again.
There is a lot of uncertainty with what is going on with what legislation the Chinese government will put in place.

If bad news comes, the price could drop a lot.
If good news comes, the price will likely pump to 45+.

This time next year I expect this coin to be 100+.

I would hold as opposed to try and guess what is going to happen in the short term.

Neo price is still too high from ico price, my advice is to stay away from chinese based coin for a while..Neo is a big thing after ethereum if the news from chinese goverment did not comes up. But shit happened..very bad news for neo..i hav3 seen liecoin falling from $41 to $2 before thes3 ico bubble..it is really sad. I hope crypto community can figure out how to face this bad news..

Currently, NEO has a high price for what it does, there's no ICO on the block chain yet, as RedPulse has been delayed.

That said, In the future, once ICO start coming out of Singapore and Hong-Kong and use the NEO Block chain, the price will in Theory rise back up.

I've held NEO long term and will continue to do so.

The best advice I could give you is to hold the coin you bought. Wait for a couple of months or a year if you don't need the money you placed as a capital for buying NEO.

the market in general is not in a good shape these days, it is too volatile and shaky. and that always makes predicting the market extremely hard and nearly impossible. and when it comes to specific coins like NEO that have been pumped recently it becomes harder to predict too.

however the price you have bought seems to be near the bottom. so it wouldn't be the worst idea to hold it specially since you are not yet at a stop loss to want to sell before it becomes big.

I bought 79 coins at $30.7 like a dummy... Anyway I'm down quite a large amount. I'm not hoping to sell and take the loss, but I may if things don't look up.
I am hoping if anybody can give their insight as to whether or not NEO may bounce back.

I was thinking it would bounce back to at least $28 range if China brings out good news this week, but no sign of that as of now.

I think like the rest of the comments that It's not going to generate you a profit, If I am correct though NEO generates GAS and there might be a solution to your loss there.
Though I don't think that your 79 NEO will generate enough GAS for you to recover the losses quickly.

I would like to add though that the whole china bans ICO's and exchanges thing might not be something for the long term.
And that Korea is in a positive stimulans towards the crypto scene. I don't actually get why China doesn't aswell because they could potentially shift the economic balance but they also risk losing their grip trough that.

NEO market may be very difficult to recover for a long time. I think you should sell NEO to invest in another potential altcoin, which will help you preserve your capital or you can invest in ICO projects as it may help you earn profit.

Unless you're losing money by selling your neo now I would dump it. Put your money into something that has a chance of going up sooner and then buy back into neo when it's closer to a pump.
