Better to read carefully the link given there is away that you can recover your account if you can prove that you are the owner of the account via sign message with your old posted bitcoin address here in forum..
If you don't have any bitcoin address posted before or you can't sign message its impossible to recover your account except if you are still using the email you use in that account. .
