Best Exchange with lowest fees

Hi, as shown in subject I'm searching for the best exchange market security and customer service and stability etc also it's lowest fees
 I know better services mean more fees but Acceptable performance with a good price will be excellent

bitcoin withdraw fee only 10k , diference exchanger minimum fee 100k satoshi

polo has large volume with more quantity of tokens but still you need other exchanges. because every coin not in polo but most of it

I used Bittrex for some time just because it was recommended to me by a friend and continued to use for some time.
To withdraw btc there they took 0.001 BTC from the total amount.

I thought it was normal and then I came by poloniex. Their fees if only  0.0001 BTC.
What makes bittrex have ten times higher withdrawal fees I have no idea. But I'm still used more to bittrex.
There are other services as well such as Cryptopia. These are the best ones I know.

Poloniex does have a low fee but since they are having problems recently and issues with their withdrawals most people who traded there before are now transferring to Bittrex. Though it does have a much higher fee compared to Poloniex but it has lesser issues than Polo.

Do you know any other exchange  than HitBtc.com to offer ICO and PRE-ICO tokens in they ICO phase? Because they have a huge /15-20%/ commission on every single deal!

Poloniex still have lowest fee 0.0001 BTC. but if you can get profit i think fee will not be a problem. bittrex still have no problem record untill now even with high fee

Previously I left the poloniex and switched to bittrex because I was affected by an issue that someone has experienced. Now I am back using poloniex and for me poloniex is the best. Their withdrawals and trades are low cost compared to other exchanges. I am grateful that until now there is no problem on poloniex.

I opened an account in poloniex but couldn't deposit in USD, also there isn't exchange pair btc/usd
any suggestion

Polo has the lowest fee of all exchange I think but I don't thing its the best because the support of polo takes time and the withdrawal can sometimes last weeks before you will receive it.

If you want lower fees poloniex is the best exchange according to me...i tried c-cex but recently they have increased withdrawal fees alot..0.002btc which at current rate is pretty high and not good for small traders..so i trade on poloniex

Withdrawal fees should not be the only reason to decide for or against a particular exchange.
The actual trading fees are much more important, because you pay fees on every trade.
You can make hundreds of trades in a single day depending on your trading strategy while
you probably would withdraw funds only every few days.

Therefore I would rather look for an exchange with low trading fees than for an exchange with
cheap withdrawal fees. Actually, I´d even put more value on features like reliability and a good
trading engine than on a withdrawal fee that you only pay every once in a while.

As far as I know and encountered Poloniex has the cheapest or lowest fees in an exchange site however there had been a lot of negative feedbacks about this site though, haven't encountered any problems on my end though but I'm just letting you know in case though. Next to my list is Bittrex, though it's fees are higher than that of Poloniex but I can guarantee this site is really safe and secure, just make sure to put a 2fa too if you are planning to store or trade some coins here too.

Poloniex was my favorite. Now I use cryptopia, but don't transfer BTC. It has small exchanging limits and has low exchanging fees.

Bittrex doesn't charge to deposit and their trading fees are 0.25%. They also don't have maker/taker fees (where the market maker aka the person who places all the orders has a lower fee than the taker aka the person who executes a trade).

Polo has 0.16% for makers and 0.24% for takers. Kraken is similar.
