The 3 main issues we will be solving for the market are liquidity, high investment barriers and transparency. 1. Liquidity - Our platform will allow current owners to sell and lease their properties on our exchange. We will achieve this by tokenising the property through crowdsale type auctions. Those tokens will then be listed on a decentralised P2P token exchange.
2. High Capital Barriers - Currently, minimum investment in student property is from €50,000-€150,000 euro and up. Tokenisation of the assets will allow for fractional ownership with tokens values
starting at just €1 euro! This will provide investment access to a wide range of investors. More investors, more liquidity, creating a marketplace for student property.
3. Open Management - Our token will also be backed by our own student property developments. We will create an Open Management system for full transparency and develop premium student housing ulilitsing Smart Building and IoT technology. This will not only lead to greater efficiency and higher returns, but also produce high standard apartments (real apartments, not "pods") which is much better living conditions for the student.
In the current market, student investments and property prices are solely dictated by the Developer with little or no transparency from the management companies.
