This is a 3D Apartment Rendering from our architect and designer (Architectural Design by Mara Morales | Interior Design by Irene Jiménez).

Our project is fully scalable and use of Smart Building tech can be integrated from a single apartment renovation to a full scale building MVP.  Our first Premium Student Apartment MVP will be developed in Barcelona and rented under our Happy Flats Barcelona brand (site also in Beta showing traction with consistent room rental requests from all over the globe).

Hi, yes you are absolutely correct.  Short answer, simplicity.

Some of the benefits of WAVES are fiat on-ramping, user friendly, easy-to-use wallet gui on chrome app, DEX, etc.  For our platform a lot depends on WAVES DEV of Smart Contracts which is why we mention use of blockSwap by Incent for ERC20 compliant/dual blockchain token.

Because we will use "custom tokens" to represent each individual property listed on our platform, we are very similar to WAVES.  Waves full node makes things very simple- i.e. We would use our token as payment per transaction on our platform (i.e. .001 BCT per trade, or 150-500 BCT to list your property in the crowdsale - equal to less than 1%) and a new "custom property token" would be created for each property being sold on our platform.  These "custom property tokens" would then be listed on our P2P exchange for user trading.  Similar to DEX - a "Stock Market" for custom property tokens.  ***NOTE - However because WAVES is not smart contract friendly yet we do plan on using Ethereum for our digital platform/crowdsale/tokenisation/P2P exchange.***

For us, one of the best parts of blockchain is the simplicity of open ledger.  If for any reason it just makes more sense and we NEED to switch, we will simply create a new ETH token and do a 1:1 swap. 

Thanks for the reply and explaining but it won't help. You do also a similar usage of blockchain like encryptotel what happens to encryptotel then ? It is a slow progress if there is a progress. Putting it in a point try to check the ICO that use Waves platform in after is listing it on dex. Honestly it is not a friendly user to compare with ethereum/etherdelta exchange. 
Anyway its my opinion through this kind of ICO based platforms by using it. Many Investors are afraid to be involved in the Waves based platform. I will rather wait until it finally swapped in ETH in the exchanges. Goodluck hoping that by using Waves you will don't encounter any problems and a problem with the community.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

@Saidmod...  I don't know if I explained clearly enough our BCT Token is NOT the token to represent the properties being bought and sold on our platform.  It's important to understand our project is NOT technical and we don't need to reinvent the wheel.  Satoshi, Ethereum, Waves.. they did the technical work for us...  Our focus is on large scale use and implementation into our sector.  A custom token, whether it is built on Ethereum, Waves or ANY other blockchain is only as valuable as the BUSINESS behind it.  

Our project consists of two parts; 1. a digital platform, 2. traditional property dedicated to student rentals

Digital Student Property Marketplace platform - developed COMPLETELY on Ethereum. The property tokenisation, crowdsale and P2P marketplace - all 100% on Ethereum.

Premium Student Apartments - assets which are acquired, renovated and rented to University students.  Traditional real estate operation (although utilising Smart Building and IoT tech).

Our token will represent a share in revenue from both sides.  We are "backing" our digital platform with physical property with intrinsic value.  This gives our token dual opportunity for growth.  Both the digital platform and the student properties are scalable.  This means the potential for two very profitable ventures.  Twice the potential.

On the downside, if the platform does not succeed, our token is still represented by physical properties which have intrinsic value and still carry high growth potential. (like you said, what happens if EncryptoTel or any of these other platforms fail? then there is no value...)

Once a year, we take 35% of net distributable profit, deposit that in a WAVES wallet and send WAVES to the wallets according to share.  The token represents a revenue share in the enterprise.  If we choose to exchange this for a ETH dividend token, this can be done in 5 minutes.

Unlike most projects, we are not coming to the blockchain or ICO, the blockchain and ICO's came to us!!!  We are simply using the technology to provide real world solutions to make life easier.

Not really... they are student housing but their project doesn't add to the market (from what I can see). You have to ask them how they are different but in my opinion they are taking 12% of the funds to do the same thing they do already so seems like this would benefit the founders the most.

Our project provides a solution to these types of student property investments.  Student "pods" have many pitfalls... primarily 1. Capital growth 2. Resale options 3. Pod Pricing 4. High capita investment requirements.

Students who use BCT to pay rent in our own student apartments receive a 10% discount on their rent. That means use for payment is limited to our developments in Europe.  this is another opportunity for expansion and we hope the coin will be adapted by other accommodations.

The real profit potential in our token comes from its dividend.  It represents a share of profits from both our Premium Student Apartment developments (student rental income) and our Digital Student Property Marketplace (investment/liquidation platform fees).

The benefit and big difference between BenchCoin and other ICO's is BenchCoin token is dually represented.  We implement a safety net.  If the digital marketplace platform does not succeed or any regulatory problems arise with crytocurrency (ex. IMPACT ON INDUSTRY

Another strong point that separates our project from the other real estate projects is our project will solve two issues that cannot be solved without use of blockchain.  Retail and commercial real estate can still be bought and sold through traditional financing, i.e. banks.  Average income investors can obtain a mortgage and buy a home.

With student pod and property investments, this is simply not possible.  Student pods cannot be mortgaged.  This means 2 problems - first, they are hard to sell because the market is limited to other high net worth investors, and secondly, the investment must be paid in full in cash, so it is limited to investments of €50,000-€150,000 and up, which means most investors cannot access the market (let alone create a portfolio).  Our Digital Student Property Marketplace will solve both these issues, providing owners with liquidity and leasing options and giving investors unprecedented access with investments starting at just €1!  Not to mention, creating fair pricing, fair access and an open market.

Thank you for your enquiry.  A few reasons.  You don't have control of your private key and it is not good for the auditing process.  From Coinbase - "As Coinbase is a hosted wallet, it's not feasible to provide the private keys to individual wallet addresses."  In addition, it is a regulated intermediary so they may interfere and the commissions are not in your favor.

Hi. Thanks.  Yes, the 50% Bonus offer is currently valid.  The timeline is an excellent point.  The project is incremental and fully scalable (both the student apartments and the digital property marketplace) so the development timeline will depend on the amount raised during the ICO.  However, the first dividend should be paid out around 6 months after the completion of the ICO (BOTH the rental income and platform fees should be on a similar schedule). Details can be found in the Milestone plan on pg. 41 of the ICO White Paper.

Because our business plans and white papers are very extensive (+200 pgs.) and very "black and white", it is a priority in our pre-ICO Milestone plan (posted earlier) to launch a new graphical website and summary white paper which should better express the full potential of our project.  A picture is worth a 1,000 words!

There will also be an additional Bonus added to wallets of early Pre-ICO contributors Smiley (on top of the 50% in appreciation of early supporters who took the time to understand our project and helped us achieve our ICO goals).
