Hello guys,

I would like to share my cryptocurrency faucet manager with the community of bitcointalk.
This site is similar to coinreaper.com but it has some additional features:

  • Add your own site
  • Upvote/Downvote the cooldown and name of the site
  • Select the appropriate cooldown/name for the site
  • Add your own name and cooldown for the site
  • See the sites that other users added and start using them
  • Remove sites that you don't want to use any more

If there are any sites that run on a page other than their homepage, please send me a PM and I'll add them. (They are stripped off the URL automatically to prevent multiple copies of the same site)
For example: http://boklund.nu/bunnyrun as opposed to http://www.bithits.info or https://coinad.com

Here is the URL: http://cfm.crayeo.com/
Demo: http://cfm.crayeo.com/sites/guest/bitcoin

I welcome any comments, feature requests and criticism Smiley

What do you guys think?

Changelog:
Update v0.6b

Update v0.5b

Update v0.4b

Update v0.34b
  • You can now refer someone for extra 10% of their withdrawl. Check http://cfm.crayeo.com/sites/listing for your URL.
  • Some secret bonuses added when withdrawing (You have to find out yourself! :p)

Update v0.33b

Update v0.32b
Webmasters can implement a simple bitcoin faucet on their site to attract visitors.
  • Beta-testing captcha-for-bitcoins.
  • Removed some ads because there were too many!

Update v0.31b
  • Upgraded the server for a quicker experience!

Update v0.3b
  • Added captcha solver for testing. This may evolve into something interesting. coinbox.me don't seem to support non-standard faucets at the moment, so we have to wait and see.
  • Enabled a "guest" account so that users can try the site without logging in. The link is visible on the home page, above the box where you type your address in.

Update v0.23b
  • [Javascript] Removing sites from your list will not refresh the page.

Update v0.22b
  • [Javascript] "Your Sites" will now be updated if you clicked the "Ads" link under "More Sites".
  • Added copyleft notice. Grin
  • Various minor tweaks.

Update v0.21b
  • Updated home page with more information regarding cryptocurrency.
  • Added address balance for bitcoins.
  • Added some litecoin faucets and one terracoin faucet.

Update v0.2b
  • You can select a remark to show if the site is: a faucet, a "work for coins" site, a "surf for coins" site, rarely has coins or is a "one time only" site.
  • Remarks are colour-coded on the listing page for easy identification
  • You can sort by name, url or cooldown
  • Add your own name and cooldown for the site
  • Many more sites added for bitcoins

Update v0.1b
  • Site creation.

Thanks for the announcement, I am currently (besides other things) working on something similiar.
I do like some aspects of your page, but  two (+1/2)  things really irritated me:

  • I didn't really like to enter BTC address without seeing something first, but OK.
  • having to enter my bbqcoin address and then finding out there's nothing there was irritating.
  • I like how the page handles "Non-Ad" links, but I wouldn't expext "next" to take me to the overview. Maybe rename to "faucet List" or something and do a "next" button that navigates to the next entry in table?
  • Also, using one of the "Ad" links (hey, I appreciate your effort), I found that, being too lazy to read, I accidentally clicked the same faucet twice. Maybe do a page refresh after ad link was clicked?
Well, I'm curious how this will evolve...

Thanks for the announcement, I am currently (besides other things) working on something similiar.
I do like some aspects of your page, but  two (+1/2)  things really irritated me:

  • I didn't really like to enter BTC address without seeing something first, but OK. I'll come up with something.
  • having to enter my bbqcoin address and then finding out there's nothing there was irritating. I've resolved this issue by listing the available sites on the home page.
  • I like how the page handles "Non-Ad" links, but I wouldn't expext "next" to take me to the overview. Maybe rename to "faucet List" or something and do a "next" button that navigates to the next entry in table? The "Next" button actually checks if there are any sites that you used previously are off cooldown and shows the next site to you, otherwise it will bring you to the overview. I probably should add a "Faucet List" button there too though.
  • Also, using one of the "Ad" links (hey, I appreciate your effort), I found that, being too lazy to read, I accidentally clicked the same faucet twice. Maybe do a page refresh after ad link was clicked? I've resolved this issue by updating the page every 10 seconds.
Well, I'm curious how this will evolve...

Thanks for the feedback.

Hey dewd. Same as probably many others, I have also tried to pull up my own free cryptocurreency sites collection... not to mention i got nearly nowhere while compared to what you have done with yours.

Seen a few comments mentioning your site design - I am personally not a big fan of pornsite-like designs. Therefore keep it like it is - its simple and clean Smiley

spent about a hour or so looking around your site and enjoyed it really. Though since around 4pm (CET) today, your facet stopped accepting my BTC address (its the same I used there before) with following message higlighted in red "Invalid cryptocurrency address". After logging out I am getting the same when entering it right from home page, so I am not able to login with it. Tried also other valid addresses, but getting the same.

Any idea why?

Edit: Yeah - here is te address I used - 17tosbXLC6b3unwr427ZQmGibFz1Cen2rr

Thanks for the comments! I may have broke something earlier with the validation, or the bitcoin daemon died for some reason. It should be working again. Sorry for the late reply by the way Smiley

P.S. I wrote a simple script to check the bitcoin daemon every minute so if you are unable to log in, wait about a minute and you should be able to. I've got to figure out what's causing it to crash.
