Every day we see few companies shutting down for legal reason!!
Because they mixing bitcoins or selling/ buying   it because the government change or issued new regulation
But is here any owner of any company he/she close his company because of the reason above
If yes
Why don’t you move your company to another country officially and you can still run your business in your country
Maybe I am wrong but it was just am idea

Yes. But it not so easy to move to another country. You need to prepare at least couple of month.
And some people have families, just imagine what you need to do to move with family!

But in near future, in my opinion, when some countries will be open to crytpocurrency, there will be companies that will start open ICO exactly at this countries. Just need time.

Dear ALIEN

you are right and thanks for your opinion but since the work is online I think we don't need to move our families to any where with us and you as well because you can run your online business from your country you need to go to X country finish all official pepper and rent office open bank account and come back to your country and enjoy with your family

In most countries starting a company is not that easy, lots of paperwork and ownership rules that prevent foreigners to own local companies.

In the countries where starting a company is easy, you can expect a lot of scrutiny for some activities, especially anything resembling money laundering.

When I think of the project I work with, I have a very settled mentality and it is not easy to relocate easily, it is important to organize ourselves in the way the laws want it.

It is a good advice but I don't think that is a better moved especially when your market is inside your country. Local clients are more suspicious on foreign sites or even your not you will be registered outside if your planning to do that. Those matters need thorough researched and planning for what might be the best soulution. We know that when making a company we always balance things out if it worth the sacrifices.

Easy to say, more complicated to set up.
Moreover, some CEOs or managers want to keep their companies in their own countries. In Europe, for example, for some products, it's important to produce , to employ people and to pay taxes in the country.

Moving to another country involves a very good knowledge of the regulation of a particular country

Most businessman or company owners who are nationalist won't do that. It is they're pride and principle to employed citizen of his own country and to benefit its government from taxes they accumulated through it. It's is not for money or about profits sometimes it is more about the legacy they leave. And I don't think anyone of them would have the same satisfaction on other foreign country they be building a new one.

Well, I did. Years ago, but you have to be smart and organized.
Last time I paid income tax was in 1997. One thing is important: you must piss on your country's flag and leave it for good. Then, you'll be free.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

Of course, this is an option for any company to consider but it is not an easy option because there are many factors one has to take account into when moving into another country. Now, the Bitcoin exchanges in China must be what you have in mind when you are suggesting that they can just move into another country which would accept them and their business. Indeed, they can start partnering with other big Bitcoin enthusiasts with a new country and they can launch a good business. Of course, you are leaving here a good market (a very big market, actually) like what can be found in China.

You can start your company "off shore", but it requires a lot of organization. Also consider how to move funds around. Facebook, Apple, and Google all have offshore accounts and such.

Starting a company has its own barriers. There's regulations, laws, policies, language barriers, and culture barriers. Just some things to consider.

The idea has a valid point that I know most of the companies that has bad experienced in they're own country tend to go offshore and make a business outside they're comfort zone. But always checked or study first if that decision can benefits you or may harm the company itself. Putting business is not an easy thing to do and adaptation to culture is one big ingredients to succeed.

That would be a good idea if its cheaper or easier to move as I can just wake up one day, pack my bags and move to Europe or America to live? No, thats now how it works if you dont want to be a fugitive for the rest of your life, there are rules and regulations that guides mobility from one country to the other except the EU which entrance into one country or citizen of one country, grants you access to another but that will be a mistake because their policies will be similar. In that whatever push you out from one will do same in other of the countries.

To be domiciled in a country other than yours, will require several documentations to file with and as a foreigner, its even tougher with various regulations with the embassy, customs, immigration and the likes.

However, the other option out is to just get a trust worthy partner who will then open the company in a more conducive environment and returns will be forwarded in due time or an arrangement is made where the citizen of the intended country then form a company but employ the other foreigner as an expatriate with that, working permit can be sought accordingly.

If I do have a company and the same problem as legality. I would do that, even locating your company abroad is a very difficult thing to do but if I run out of solution i definitely have no choice and that would be the hint for me to move on. But before that happened I need to settle things out especially how to start a new life away from family or can they adapt the culture if they came with me.

If you are talking like a online gambling site. There is one country that is a safe haven to move and start your business and operate from there. Curacao. And I read that its very easy because you have to pay a fee one time. Once approve a license will be given so that you can start your business. I'm not really sure about mixing or tumbling services though. I haven't heard any country yet that will be viable for them to setup their business from there. Only one I can think of is Japan, since bitcoin has been legalized there, but not sure though. So your idea is not far fetched, IMHO.

Its not easy mate to set up an company in another country, there has been lot of formalities and capital required to set up a company in overseas. Sometimes to shut the business is more convenient than set up the same business out of the country.
