That would be an investment. For deposits, a bank might be safer. But you can deposit money in your paycent account which is linked to your paycent app and debit card for use, like you would for a bank. Maybe that is what you were asking for.

Which company will assist in the development of this Exchange

I am most interested in offices in Eastern Europe. Have you got your own unit there?

Hello. Tell me, please, which of the projects within your platform do you consider to be the most resource intensive?

User acquisition and marketing promotions will really be resource intensive.

And what about the referral program used to attract users to your system after the end of the ICO?

Is it true that the biggest part of resources will be spent on creating a mechanism for interaction between exchanges and Paycent wallets?

How is the relationship between Texcent and Paycent built? Is it possible that the last one will become a full-fledged independent company?

Etherscan shows that you sold only 0.16% (49.350,33 coins) from the 30.000.000 allocated for phase 1 ICO.
https://etherscan.io/token/0x0142c3b2fc51819b5af5dfc4aa52df9722790851#balances

On your website it shows that you sold until now 28% of 30.000.000. https://paycent.com/

Can you explain this?

Yes that is true. That also includes all private sale proceeds.

What are you plans for the rest 40% (180.000.000) of the tokens?

It is greatly outlined on the whitepaper: https://paycent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/PYN-Whitepaper.pdf?v=7.6

Let’s suppose I share a payment with a friend. Is it permissible that I will pay tokens, and he will use fiat money?

If you are pertaining to the app's capabilities then you can. As long as both of you are using the Paycent app, this is possible.
And if he does not use the Paycent app, how fast will he be able to sign in there and replenish the balance?

He just needs to download the app and register. There will be a KYC process, then that's it.

Hello. Do you plan to enter a special loyalty program for Filipino workers who is working in other countries?

This is a great idea. We might do this if we see the need for it. Nonetheless, we are excited on features that we could add in the future.
As far as I understand, then you will have to cooperate with the government and become regulated, won’t you?

Yes, we will follow country-specific requirements.

You can store your money or savings to fiat or convert it to cryptocurrency using the app as well. Paycent is a global dual mobile e-wallet, so you have the option where to store your funds for safe keeping.

User acquisition and marketing promotions will really be resource intensive.

And what about the referral program used to attract users to your system after the end of the ICO?

Our referral campaign details are as follows:

All you have to do is share your referral link to your peers.

If you are a contributor to Paycent ICO sale and your referee signs up using that link, you will receive 2% of the total PYN token bought by each of your referrals. If you are a non-contributor to Paycent Token Sale, you will receive 1% of the total PYN tokens bought by each of your referrals. The referree will not receive a bonus, only the referrer based on the guidelines.
