The minimum post is 40 and the maximum is 60.

I don't know if the campaign is fixed rate, but you are wrong when you say the minimum is 60

Yes, I know that 40 post is the minimum number of post for this campaign. And it says on the OP that it's a fixed rate campaign so why is there a maximum number of post such as 60 post?
