Do you believe that the love of money is the root of all evil?

Money was designed by GOD himself and those who love it more than HIM, their family and good relationships defiled it's very purpose. Because the purpose of MONEY is to provide for our needs, to strengthen relationship and to enjoy our living.

I think no.Because as we can see money helps us a lot.And besides money arent bad till the user used it into bad things.If the person uses the money to supports only there vices,then it was bad.

Actually, money is just a medium of exchange. Money does not have brain to think how to hurt people. It is the thought of human that used money as a tool for evil purpose. Many of them did wrong looking for a quick buck or two and end up doing some action that hurt another people. But they blame all the fault on money in fact is their brain that cause the evil.

I totally agree...people just couldn't use this tool correctly...there is no fault of money...this is people's decision

I do believe that the love of money is the root of all evil, it is a very important fact that money is needed for most of our daily activities and needs, yet it is not a do or die affair where the love of money will cause man or woman to love money so desperately that, he or she can do any thing because of money.The love of money causes many to do things that are not worth mentioning. Because of the love of money , many kill, kidnap, rape, involve in rituals and other abominable acts that God condemns.Waiting for God's time is not in their agenda, as they are out to get this money at all cost.

It's very true, when people become very obsessed with money, they seem to do things that one wouldn't even do to get all the money that they want. In my country people are killing people for ritualistic money.

They say that money is the root of all evil , but i think money is just a tool not a root of all evil. Money is needed to be able for us to buy our needs in life , to be able to pay our payments , bills etc. But the root of all evil itself is us , we make our own reason of unselfishness in life , our jealousy and envy to others to commit evil deeds.

Money can give a person a evil mind or angel mind, some person uses money in evil thing like if you have a lot of money you can pay a person to kill the person you hate, in good things money can use in helping others like the poor people. So there's a lot of things money can use. We should think in a good way how we use our money.

of course it is true, the love of money or wealth can cause humans to be ambitious, selfish, or even evil.
if man's love of money or wealth exceeds his love for God then all the evil will begin, many rich people who ambition to continue to gain wealth, they are very passionate in accumulating wealth and forget the poor around him, forget the God who has give them plenty of pleasure, they will do anything they can to achieve their desires.
