Yes,since i am a small investor,so my time is open now.Because Bitcoin price are falling down now.

But how long will the price fall down? All we need is a crystal ball now to buy at the perfect level before it suddenly rises back to the top and maybe never comes back down to this level. It's easy to tell "buy low, sell high" when no one knows where exactly "low" and "high" is. But basically you cannot do much wrong when you buy now. At the end you will see profits for sure when BTC reaches new highs one day.

You can't predict what will happen in the future so don't put all your money in any single investment and that will be the very dangerous thing to do. Instead, buy with small amounts whenever prices again go down and accumulate to sell at higher price. This crypto currency markets are not regulated by any governments or institutions so anything can happen so invest carefully.

Yes every dip is a good opportunity to buy and it's good to see that people are getting smarter and making good decisions. It's only a matter of time before this issue is over for good. With or without China it's good, I am sure this buying opportunity will show a another country will come out of the shadows. I hope China sorts it's mess, it's stupidity is hurting us a lot. I hope people buy it a lot and that helps it to come back.

I think it will still fall down till 2500 usd and this is the best price that we should buy more as I agree with you in the long run bitcoin will surely recover and hit the mark where we can gain more profit from what we have invested.

Wait a little more. The price will go down further. Now is 3200-3400, start buying when the price go under 3000. Yes it is now the time to buy the dips, but I'm greedy, wanting to buy cheaper and I'll wait for the price to go under 3000. maybe this is a good time to buy bitcoin but my suggestion don't buy all of your money but make split in 3 order buy in different price for example you can buy at $3963, $3933, $3910. the amount of btc you want to buy is up to you but remember don't put all buy in a single buy order because this can prevent you from a big loss if the price is getting down more deep.

What you are telling is true but dont buy in once shot buy slowly in all price drop so that your buying price average should be low. seeing the scenario i dont think that bitcoin price wont jump up this month or next month. because till china dont show up any good news we dont see any massive pump in bitcoin price.

I also agree with OP that the current dip in price of Bitcoin is an opportunity for small investor to join the bitcoin market.   It is quite a long time since Bitcoin had this huge crash in price. 

Time to buy if you have balls. I had read Wolf's tweet and I totally agree with his observations; China's ban on exchanges should cause solid HODL since there would be no way to sell, correct? So in other words, this dump is only caused by the westerns selling in panic and has directly nothing to do with the Chinese. So again, BUY IF YOU HAVE BALLS.

This scenario is the buying point. There's no way that casual investors need to a sell-off today. Everybody if you have some funds to really buy bitcoin and then Hodl specially if you are in the long term. Those who are selling now would definitely regret their decision later. Perhaps they experience sleepless night already seeing their investment going down the drain that's why they want to exit today. But if this FUD and confusion is over, we may experience a massive bull run pushing the price to $4000+. Just HODL and buy at this point.
