This really starts to look unprofessional to say the least.

Hello.
It is true that we have yet issued payments.
We had some pressing changes that had to be done to the platform and we are short handed.
I will see to it that all payments are done today.

Additionally everyone will receive 20% more than their normal rate as a compensation for our error.

I wouldn't say an escrow or a manager is recommended but at least updating the spreadsheet or making a list of participants in a post in this topic in addition to an alert when we will receive the payment could be done without wasting too much time
