In case of the FUD From China and their exchanges what do you say about
The Future of Waves?
The dex is decentral and couln't Shut down.
Is Waves the Future and will it be ("Price") the next eth?

Dex is good for the future but I think Dex is not as good as ETH.

assuming ETH is not subjected to any ceiling limit (no. of coins) if Waves adoption is anywhere close to ETH I do think it will go beyond ETH's unit price. |

You never know about that, ETH also at certain time no one would believe it would reach $300+ someday, but it did. so in this crypto world nothing is impossible especially if the coin has what it takes to survive & attract users. |

I think waves will have a nice future. They are not going to replace Ethereum, but I think it will follow ETH in the price! All this FUD from China is a good time to buy some good altcoins like waves. When all this FUD is done, we will see another rally for fundamental good coins!

ETH is not an exchange though, so you've kind of missed the point of OP. The Waves DEX only really has a chance of becoming "the future" if it upgrades its platform though. The current one is completely useless. I'm holding quite a few Waves though, since it doesn't really take a lot to improve the platform and I don't believe that they will leave it as is. |

I have little doubt decentralised exchanges will become more and more popular. Both as problems with centralised ones manifest, but also when they improve the user experience.
However, there are more projects working on Dex type ideas, and it could be another platform that gets most of the volume - who knows.
I'm invested in both Waves and Block e.g., mainly from the belief that Dex will increase in popularity.

That depends heavily on how the platform changes. There are numerous factors that could make Waves more valuable. A strong exchange and strong marketing for it would be one such factor. If a lot of people trade on it and Waves were used as a sort of distributing mechanism for the fees incrued on the exchange, the value would be climbing up. If it was very easy to create smart contracts (with a noob-friendly GUI) and if it was easy to vote and use self-created coins with other software (e.g. games), the value would go up as well. Either way, it could certainly make its way into the top 10 cryptos and thus have a multi-billion dollar market cap in the coming years, which would raise it's value to anywhere from $10 to $50 or even more. A lot of ifs in the equation though. |

It will be used by a large number of people if all centralized exchanges are shut down but waves has also many competitors. I am sure that Waves dex will be one of the best decentralized exchanges in the future.

Waves is good effective and high potential coin its just my looking of eye.At this moment Waves rate is very low 3.55$ in coinmarketcap.I think its great time to buy waves.Waves future is more bright.

I can't imagine that centralized exchanges will get killed. That could be suicide for governments at this point and cause a lot of problems in the next decades. |

But they need to step up so many distances to reach ethereum dex markets. Too early to talk.

Waves is really decent. I like it. But what will make it number one? You have Ethereum, Ark, Neo and a bunch others...What will set it in a league of its own? Eth has a headstart but it's dealing with its own problems. Cardano is catching up...And then you have EOS next year. EOS being still in ICO phase. How will waves compete with all this?

When they have fully functional DEX and bigger daily volume Waves price will be 100x higher than today. I wouldn't complain about them being things slow down. |

But the new one has a lot of tools, more than most exchanges, so traders will love it and the volume will increase quickly when it launches. |

With the new Dex and Waves-NG, I think Waves will be even better than Ethereum. Ok, Ethereum has Etherdelta exchange, but the new Waves Dex looks much better. I wouldn't be surprised if Waves would reach parity with Ether at some point next year.

Not just that, the new DEX has more tools than most other exchange platforms have, so it will be one of the best to use for traders who don't want to have to tab back and forth between Tradingview and an exchange. |

Waves will explode even without a fiat gateway, simply because it's decentralized. That aspect is going to be extremely important in the future if the SEC tries too meddle too much with crypto. But yes, fiat gateways would further amplify this effect. I don't see why Waves should not overtake Ethereum once smart contracts get implemented. |

Waves has many more additional features comparing with ethereum. It has decentralized exchange you can not even compare it with useless etherdelta. Generating a token is much easier than ethereum. I strongly believe that waves price will be higher than ethereum in the future. |
