I don't know why people got panic so easily. People are currently dumping massive coins in the market because of China's action to regulate Bitcoin. What do you think people should do instead of dumping their coins just like that in the market that lead to damage the value of bitcoin?
Some investors didn't want to lose more than they can afford therefore some are on the panic mode.
For me I think instead of dumping their bitcoins I think we need to buy more so the value will not keep on falling. Smiley

The bitcoin price is decrease $1k to $3,380 from $4,380+ in the last 3 days, of course people will panicked because of this crashed. To be honest i'm also panicked and sell my bitcoins before it become more worse. More people will dump their bitcoins if no good news about bitcoin.

it's probably the beginner's players so they throw bitcoin afraid of bitcoin the more days it slumps down, so they are safer than losing a lot better off a little loss by the way of removing bitcoin from now on...

It's normal when Chinese holding 20% global market that will affect bitcoin value in world wide. As we know panic sell is inevitable but personally,  I keep hold my most bitcoin because I'm waiting for another segwit on October that will make bitcoin bubbling high !

It's because of bitcoins downfall. We can't blame them if they panic and sell their bitcoin because of the downfall. Those who are holding their bitcoins (like me) have high hopes that bitcoin will go up hopefully soon.

I dump some of my bitcoin because I really needed some money,
But for real if I have some Fiat I wouldn't dump it ,
And if I have some extra cash I would surely buy some bitcoin since it is being dump or the price is so low.

There is a reason for people to sell Bitcoin now beacuse of China actually banning the exchanges means that major player of Bitcoin which is China will have. Ow difficulty in buying and selling . This thier volume will drop significantly and this will also have an impact globally thus to be on a safer side people have being selling massively .

Speculation would be my guess. BTC is a speculation driven market so it wouldn't be unlikely if a few parties manipulated markets to push them high through the past few months. Profit taking could've been curbed along with the market sentiment. Something however, has kicksarted a massive selloff in the recent days. Buying the dip memes aren't helping when everyone is selling and there's no sign of stopping. That's what happens in purely speculative markets.

If you are planning to dump bitcoins now, I guess you are too late already. If has plummeted to $3200 now. So it you sell it today, definitely we will have incurred great loss. This is not the time to dump it, but rather a good buying point. This is a perfect timing for those who want to go in the market specially if you are in for the long haul. So I advise newbies to instead of selling, grab bitcoin while its cheap because bitcoin will not die. Its just China that are waging wars against crypto's and you need to logical think that bitcoin is not just China, its a global revolution. So stop with all the dumps and instead get it today.

I also think the newbies are the ones dumping their coins, as far as I know or most of the people I know who are into bitcoin or in the cryptoworld are still holding on to their coins even if bitcoin is dumping hard. I don't think bitcoin is going down below $3000 though so I would still hold on to mines as well.

To be honest, I don't care what China is doing with Bitcoin because I have long term expectations from Bitcoin and I might buy during the dips but won't sell it as of now for next few years.

However, there are the people who are pure speculators and they want to earn a handsome profit from such incident. I have a friend who bought Bitcoin when the price was down in pre-fork period and he sold his investment when the price was $5,000 and now he is all set to start investing again so I don't see any other reason for dumping Bitcoins except speculative gains or panic sell.

Basicly, when some famous people said something about bitcoin, it will effect to all investors all over the world. For now, what happen? Jamie dimon said Bitcoin is a fraud even he doesn't have any evidence about it. But it effected to all investors. Make them dumping their future, their life. So sad.

It will go to $3k and then shoot up to $6 or $7k, maybe higher. It will then have to test $5k while it is up there. Trading is boring. It does the same thing over and over again. Panic sellers are great. I want their coins.

Well, I'm not and I'm a newbie. I just heard the bad news from China and I guess that's a huge factor. But it seems Bitcoins have enough infrastructure to not collapse entirely. Unless everyone sells tomorrow which is very unlikely obviously.

This is because they are getting worried of the downfall of bitcoin's price, they are panicking on what to do, majority sold their bitcoins. But for me, I will just hold my bitcoins. I will earn this eventhough it's not that big to invest to campaigns.

expect the price to dip because not only did a chinese exchange say they are shutting down but also huobi and okcoin are in "talks" with regulators. even though this is the truth and people are panic selling once it reaches a bottom we will see "regulated" flow of money back into btc and subsequent alts. poloniex just listed gas which is part of neo. ifyaknowwhatimean. we will see the bottom for september within a week. just be cool and play it smart.

Just voted the 16th NO in the poll. I learned my lesson. So, now that there is this price drop happening, I won't sell even a single satoshi until the price rises back once again may it take months or even year to happen. At the moment, I keep on buying from time to time and I'm glad the price drop continues so I can buy even more.

People are dumping because they cannot control their emotions that's why we should only invest what we can afford to lose so that we would not be prone to panicking.
I agree! There's a huge number of crypto-newbies out there... I'm surprise in seeing how easily a lot of people fall into a panic fever! Stay on crypto guys! Once the engine is invented we cannot turn back to the horses!

I don't know why people got panic so easily. People are currently dumping massive coins in the market because of China's action to regulate Bitcoin. What do you think people should do instead of dumping their coins just like that in the market that lead to damage the value of bitcoin?
Most of the people state that they will hold their bitcoin in case a crash occurs, but most of them turn out to be liars and they panic for shit and sell whatever coins they have and they claim that they use the buy and sell theory, agreed that will be profitable  but it's not good for bitcoin's market to be honest.

I don't know why people got panic so easily. People are currently dumping massive coins in the market because of China's action to regulate Bitcoin. What do you think people should do instead of dumping their coins just like that in the market that lead to damage the value of bitcoin?
People dont just dump their bitcoins, it took massive amount of money to make the market decreased almost $1500 dollar in 4 days, i think the bitcoin was just overpriced and the news impact from china just making it worse, perhaps its temporary and i do still believe that bitcoin will gain more strenght this year, but not in a short period. So why would you catch a falling knife? I think its better to re-invest the bitcoin when the price become more stable after the sharp decline, when others are fearful then be greedy  Grin
