What do you imply on word develop? You mean gathering money basing on empty promises? Here was the specific question concerning those services for which devs started all this ICO. And it is better to give immediate answers on such questions. This will raise confidence of users and potential investors. If you start to ignore such questions, then in a short time there be a lot of accusations in scam. We've been through this many times on examples of other projects.

The main question on project. Where is the guarantee that bot will give impartial forecast which will bring a profit for a trader? If you would have trial version, this question could be partially closed. However, it can give profit at the beginning and further it can result dumping by devs who will seek more advantageous schemes of work.

TeleX AI is going to be the easiest and simplest way to get access to cryptocurrencies and to use them, but it doesn't mean that this is a "simple chat bot;" indeed, it is more complex than the exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, etc. because it involves an artificial intelligence module and it is fetching liquidity from many other exchanges. As for the question, the hardcap of the ICO is $3mm.

The ICO concluded and the tokens have been distributed (unsold tokens burnt - the supply was 72 million, now there's about 20 million TLX in existence), but there's no exchange to trade TLX at the moment.
