The only reason why the Americans are not invading North Korea unlike nations such as Iraq and Libya is due to the fear of the nukes. If the DPRK didn't had any nukes, then the Americans would have already invaded that country.

The North Korea is already having the nuclear weapons and the ICBMs. If they want to nuke South Korea or Japan (or even Hawaii or Guam), then they can easily do that. But they have shown restraint. On the other hand, the United States remains as the only nation in the history of mankind to have used nuclear weapons against civilian population (1945).

They need some 2 days to send 1 missile from open and visible place.

Any real dangerous missile will be hit on the launching pad.
