Please make it simple like itrader plugin.

Either Positive or either negative rating with feedback.

or  add a "Paid" or something else After "Scammed" checkbox.

If someone will choose "scammed" checkbox feedback should go in Untrusted column.
If he will choose "Not scammed/Paid" checkbox feedback should go in Trusted column.

Without this ^

Risked Bitcoin option is creating confusion.

Example:

I hired a guy for a job, I Paid him money after he provided me work. He risked bitcoin but I Paid him.

Feedback should be in Trusted column instead of Untrusted.

Trusted feedback is the feedback left by people in your trust network. It includes scammer feedback.

Anyone can leave untrusted feedback, which means it's easy to game with sockpuppets, so it's not counted in the score.

Anyone can left trusted feedback too by not adding anything in risked bitcoin option, I mean someone with multiple account can get trusted feedback by giving feedback to himself.

then what's the point of it?

What i am trying to say is,
Untrusted (Neutral) feedback should be used for those peoples who tried to scam you but didn't scammed, Not for someone who completed deal.

If it will be simple it would be good and admin should make reference link necessary to avoid fake feedbacks

No, risked BTC has nothing to do if a feedback is trusted or not.

Because you trust yourself by default. Your feedback is untrusted to me.

People who have trusted you (that includes you) sees it as trusted, other people sees it as untrusted.
