1. Creating jobs that can absorb labor so that unemployment causes poverty can be reduced

Jobs can only be given to skilled people. So education is the key here.

2. Establish Training Center for the less fortunate so as to have sufficient supplies to advance in the business world.

Not a bad idea, provided that the "poor" are actually interested.

3. Providing subsidies for underprivileged people such as direct cash assistance, fuel subsidies, and free medical treatment for the poor.

No way. No freebies for them. Free medicare is OK though.

4. Attract unemployment by raising the minimum wage so they desire to work.

Rising of minimum wage will result in more unemployment.

5. Removing Corruption, because corruption causes community services are not working properly.

The citizens need to think about it.

How to solve world hunger ?

i ve seen a lot of pitiful comments here but the needs of the people in the under developed world is not different from the developed world. They also need to eat to survive and they love having sex too that should not deprive them of a good living. I say we introduce the universal minimum wages for everyone. Sometimes commerce and accounting makes no sense when there is abandons of food somewhere while there is none elsewhere not because the foods had to been planted there but because there is no capital to trade it there.

We can solve the world hunger or even lessen it if not totally eliminated if we as an individual contribute even in a single thing. Example, we must teach ourselves, every youth and even millennials to plant vegetables to our vacant land and garden outside our house. Let's educate them that agriculture or farming is not a job but a passion that can help others to improve their lifestyle. Having dirty hands doesn't mean that we are poor, dirty hands only shows  how we are aggressive and hands on to different world problems like hunger. Hunger is one of the biggest problem in our country.it maybe solved by building up a livelihood program a comfortable job to the people who are lack of education or under graduate persons.because it is very hard for them to get a job through their backgrounds.and also to the people who are poor in life that cannot afford to buy foods.i think,thats the best way to solve hunger.to give each and everyones job.

You are absolutely spot on. We can't provide them free food, as they will increase the size of their family in order to receive more food rations. This will trigger a chain reaction. There will be more hungry people and the government agencies and the NGOs will not be able to cope with the problem. A large part of the tax money will be wasted through this route.

When I was young, I thought world hunger can be solved by donation or charity. How naive was I before I realize it is a complex world problem.The world is getting better when technology evolves, but far than we expect. Too many conflicts around us, ideological argument, historical problem, geographical interest, criminal even wars. Poor countries can't protect their people and support them with sustainable life. Rich countries are more trapped on solving their own issues like social welfare expense while big capital don't give a shit. I don't know where is way out, maybe that is the fate of human.
