Mine got rejected despite providing 100% accurate password, bank account, address and real name information of my original prehack withdrawals. I can back these up with scans of my real life ID, bank statements.

I feel like I am being scammed.

Added some info, got in.

Ho-Hum.

We will relaunch the site on June 25 at 3:00 GMT. Trading will resume at 4:00 GMT (same day).

4:00 am or pm GMT?

(Just confirming for timezone sake.)  Tongue

the email briefly said that mt gox has reopened my account and gave me a link to go to and test my new password.
That's weird. I just got confirmation . . . but no link to test my password. Anybody else get this password test link? Sounds suspicious.

Yea, it sounds like someone is trying to 'phish' a password.  It's important to look at the top of the browser page to make sure that the link in your email actually took you where it said.  Email links are much like hypertext links -- you can give them a link that says http://www.yahoo.com, but actually sends you to http://www.google.com.  In my client, if I hover over the link, it will show me the target destination.

My email didn't say that the account recovery had been successful; it just gave me a URL to go to on the recovery site.  *That* said that the account recovery had been successful.  But apparently Mt. Gox recognizes that I am me. Wink

I got in this morning. I had to send my approx. balance in USD/BTC.

Apparently if you have "money that folds" in your account, you'll get auto-rejected if you fail to provide your approx. balance as part of your Proof.

Accepted without needing to provide proof.

Had a decent password and there was nothing in the account, so that probably helped.

Same here, and I'm sure it did.

Now to get my new bank account (for online stuff) linked to Dwolla, and get started. :-)

LOL.

Successful here on 2nd try.

Glad I was already holding a bit of USD there... going to place some bids for buys on a possible dip.
