According to some people, every coin or token is a scam

We are launching a presale soon, and i was surprised that already someone is accusing us of scam,
No one bought anything, no one received or not any tokens yet, but we are already accused.

We are building an ecosystem to help develop and grow 300 startups,
we are not selling a Fckyou token, or a jesus coin or any of the other no vision no whitepaper no nothing tokens ...

Yes we are bootstrapping, that's why we are launching a presale after-all ...

The guy went through our wp, and concluded that the language we are using to avoid being financial securities, means that we are scammers,
This is important, because a scammer, would not care about the language used, a scammer will not wait to see the consequences,
scammers will not try to formulate in a way to avoid being labeled a securities, because they do not care.
Scammers will steal images online and create fake linkedin profiles, scammers will tell you how their coins will create you a huge investment opportunity.

We know the reality of startups, and many of the team members have been involved in startups for 10+ years ...

Our token is the most fair token or coin that have ever existed, it is considered as a presale token for many services provided by companies listed on our site,
meaning: if you buy the token today for 1$ and tomorrow it drops to 1 cent, you will still be able to take it to any of the partners and get services or products valued at $1!!!!  What other token or coin offer that ?

This is just the start, we plan to have our token among the strongest if not the strongest in the crypto market, that in addition to building 300 startups -within 6-8 years-

We have a big vision and few typos and grammatical mistakes, but that does not make us scammers!
And worst case scenario, just take your tokens and redeem them for products and services from our partner companies and services :
http://spartaico.com/accept.html

But beyond us, if you check the forum everything is called a scam by shortsighted people,
ETH was called a scam, IOTA, DASH, you name it!

You will find people calling everything a scam, and that is not acceptable.

Heck, there's even a scam and accusation section, the problem is that people a trigger happy, ready to call you names just because ...

And yeah if you are wondering about our token here it is:

The title just like a click bait, But that was really wrong to call others are shit project if at the same time you are trying to raised the fund for your project. Or you coin just like other that already called by you as scam coin.
This pretty strange and just give a bad credibility for your project.  Roll Eyes

Well you should know by now that there's a lot of noise in the crypto world and it's only getting louder by the day. You should replay to the accusations the best of your ability and while you probably can't convince the accuser, your reaction and reply can help others see if there's value in what you do. Complaining about being called a scammer won't help imo.

Actually after looking at the title I clicked it right away to know which coins and tokens are scam or your opinion about them but inside I've found this self promotion campaign. Too bad...
Anyway if you are not a scam then answer directly to accuser itself! No threads are needed

I find it strange that if your token drops to 0.01 dollar on the market you will still get 1.00 $ worth of Product. This just doesn't make and sense. Please explain...

the token within the network is considered like paid credits, like a gift card you buy for someone to spend in a specific shop.
or a coupon, that removes a certain amount of money from your purchase,
or even a phone recharging card.

the ecosystem will conserve the value of the token within the ecosystem, and we expect to grow the ecosystem to hundreds of online shops in addition to the offer by the 300 startups -ps: startups will take some time to be developed all-

If any ICO project claims that their token has value or will go up in value, then they are in serious risk of being deemed a security by regulators.  If this happens, then everyone loses, including the buyers of the tokens.

Wrong section.
Probably the commercial of Sparta coin wasn't in the right place for that, but the main idea of scam coins is correct and based in the right section.
There are many weak projects as Fckcoin or another like that indeed. I count it's a problem of all bitcoin community and society in general, cause of such project ruin the ecosystem of crypto-currencies and make people think that every project is scam and bitcoin is in the top of it. That's very sad. But we can't do a think about that. Such projects will appear more and more often with the one target - to get as more money as it's possible and that's it. I suppose Chinese government decided to ban ICOs exactly cause of this problem.

Exactly, that is what people do not take in consideration,
It would be very easy and better for us to tell our buyers, hey this token represent a share in the company!!!

But then we will have every financial regulator on our back, and the token will be really with no value.

I'm sorry but there's a few things that i would say flag you, not as a 'scam' coin but as a negative preference.

First of all, you say even if the coin drops to 1 cent you'd get products and services valued at a 1$, who's valuing it? because if you are i can sell shit and value it at 10$ a piece

second, your token distribution sucks. you're going to take 60% of the coins and offer 40% in the token sale? and you want to sell 300M of your coin at 0.005 eth each, so you value 40% of your company at 450M dollars?  really?

Click bait indeed and don't get too offended if people call your project names; maybe there is a reason why you were called such. Hire a much organized and widely known campaign manager here if you want people to believe and invest in your project, maybe it'll work rather than posting like these here. Just saying though and stating the obvious.

Posting in wrong section won't bring any good vibes to your project.

The way you try to promote you startup is terribly wrong and you make it look like a scam. I believe just for this your ICO will fail.
