when i read the above story , i see at point 2 that you have to create an acount but when i invested 3/4 weeks ago there was not an option to create an acount , only an adress to send the eth too , so i invested in pre-ico but i have no acount created

Hi, yes you will still get the tokens. We had to implement a HD address as we were getting some attacks on address.
