The problem is not that there are no good ones - but that many of the really bad ones are being overhyped. One can see that the ones without real projects and questionable structures are being pushed hard. One needs to do serious due diligence.

The serious ones do not market themselves like the rubbish ones.

Is amazing how much people are still affected by the Hype. Yes enjin coin has been recommended by many on bitcointalk even me, and has truly worked out to be a top coin.

Totally Oyster.  I didn't know about it until recently and the idea and professionalism blew me away.  It has a github, it has really interesting white paper from a computer science point of view, it has serious devs, and best of all it solves a serious problem as monetization of website visits requires selling ad space is when there are other resources we can use such as the extra storage space and computational power of the website's visitors.   
A lot of users would prefer an advertisement free visit to a website and if we can do this by finding other ways for a website owner to monetize a website then it will make for a better web.

It is clear that all these internal squabbles in the team is not good, but when I mentioned Tezos i meaned the idea. the In Project Universa i see a great future, now they show about 20,000 transactions per second, at the stated price of 0.01 $, this is the bomb! Yes, there are EOS (Graphene++), I think soon they and Universa divide most of the market...
