The Minergate miner has an integrated wallet on its miner if I remember correctly. It's deemed as a reliable miner but not as an ideal one. It has a variety of coins to mine, with both CPU and GPU, choosing the most profitable coin to mine at that moment. I am not really fond of it, I've tried it in the past but wasn't really into mining either one specific coin or a little from all of them (Because they were the most profitable at that time).

A good alternative is Nicehash, easy to set up, while it mines using several algorithms. All your earnings are automatically changed into Bitcoin.

I used miner gate on a macbook pro and it was earning only $.2/day and sounded so loud that I'm sure I did more damage to my fan than it was worth.

Yes I use dual claymore GPU mining Ether and SIA...

Go check out nanopool.org as they have info and downloads for each alt coin you want to mine in help sections.

Minergate is a reliable site . I always use that site for mining xmr. Till now I didn't have any withdrawal issues. You can see a wallet option on the left side of the software . There you have to enter your wallet address to withdraw coins. It also has got a good feature. It automatically mines the most profitable coin. If you don't want that option, you can just pause it and mine which ever coin you like.

I have been mining on and off at minergate since 2015, never faced any problem with it, and I still have some coins in minergate, just lazy to withdraw it to my wallet yet.

That is not the way to use a site like that. Everyone thinks they know better than the site dev's, but they do not. Use your username and log in and let the site pick the coins and payouts. Yes, it will take time to get a decent amount for payout, but that is the way that could mining is going to work and there is nothing you can do to change it, it simply isn't a profit bearing way to go and the best course is to leave, but if not, let the site do its job and choose for you.
