Help with supenova pool

Hi everyone, please can anybody help me indicates how can I contact the supernova administrator, because my accounts are locked a message appears that said Unable to login: Account locked. Please Check your Email for instructions to unlock.... I didnt receive any mail also I already sent a lot of mails to support using the same option that is in the page in order to help me unlocked my account but until today (like 6 days later) I have no answers. Did you check all the folders in your email such as spam folder and everything else ? Maybe the email is there.

EDIT: I found their twitter and a lot of people contacted them about it. They gave them this link and said it would unlock the account.
