This is a scam, all the funds from the paid raffle were removed... should have been watching more closely and would have been able to point this out sooner and call the OP out.
I'd say. http://www.whattimeisit.com/UTC (UTC) 6/1/13 10:56 PM

To enter, just post your address below and I will use a random number generator to find out who is the winner. I'll announce the winner at 5pm EST on Saturday, June 1st.
This thread was made to gain attention to his other raffle thread and he took all the funds and ran off. People are still sending coin LOL, not sure if they are the OP with dummy accounts or newbs who don't bother to read, either way it's sad.

why would you offer a FREE 0.2 BTC Raffle out of the sudden, AND THEN creating a new thread where you can deposit some coins for ANOTHER DIFFERENT RAFFLE?

I entered in both raffles, but before it turned out it was a scam. I sent 0.0055 BTC. That's about half a day of mining, so not a huge loss. It is however quite disappointing to me that someone would do something like this.

It is not provably fair because you must trust third party, but I agree its much better than if OP comes here and says: the winner is XY because my random number told it so = we know it was rigged Provably fair would be for example: the list of entrants is published here with numbers from 0 to max and told the random number for selecting a winner will be taken from first block hash after time X, timezone Y as the first 4 hex characters after zeros whose will be mod-ed with the max entrants Like block 238939 http://blockchain.info/block-index/388151/0000000000000049f7405dee9857490618e7536a1e28c750feef53125477eda2has hash 0000000000000049f7405dee9857490618e7536a1e28c750feef53125477eda2 and 49f7 is 18935 decimal so from your example 18935 mod 4 is 3 so winner is azrael Good idea! That's a trick that might come in handy.

I will consider that for my next lottery. Seems to eliminate any doubt. My current one isn't gaining much attention. I thought it would be nice for someone who has a rep to do one. I could see this one ending badly but was hopeful. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=222477.0
