As long as there is atleast 1 country where Bitcoin can be used, Bitcoin will not just survive but it will flourish.

Yes, every government has the power to ban bitcoin in their country. But you should not be concerned about it because I believe that in the future bitcoin will be legalize on all the country in the world due to its benefits that can help the people.
I agree, government can control every system, information and transaction in its own area but then most of the countries didnt banned, yet bitcoin maybe they think bitcoin has the capability to change future transactions and they are open to iys potentials seeing it as one of the contributor to increase dvelop!ent of the community and economic status as well.

already china has banned bitcoins is there any chance that other countries may ban bitcoins? What?? When bitcoin get banned in china , are you sure ? Here many guys directly supporting your thread that bitcoin banned in china . Here i would like to tell you that bitcoin is not yet banned in the china , but still the government is looking to do something like this but chances to ban the bitcoin is very less because a big problem in the china is that people have no option to make money in the practical life ( because of the big population in China ) . So here government can't take negative action against the bitcoin . Since already bitcoin was banned in my country India but soom unbanned , so here we should remain positive that government will make descion in favour of the bitcoiners .

It could be another country forbidding bitcoin, but please do not worry. Bitcoin is currently in good value, slowly growing its value. You'd better figure out how to get more bitcoin because it's more useful.

governments are so much banning bitcoin lately, as much as finally beginning to regulate it. this was inevitable folks, and we got here a lot faster by attracting attention to ourselves, via the ICOs, and the wild bubble. At these price levels, capital flight just isnt the only issue; you can greatly facilitate money laundering with cryptos. the ico circuit has almost certainly accepted some dirty money; which has gotten washed into the crowdfund, and came back as shiny new tokens.
this doesnt necessarily have to be an intentional thing, but it is definitely happening.

People were laundering money just fine before, and will continue to do so even if crypto were completely killed off.
If you have criminal intent, and a large sum of money, laundering really isn't as big a "problem" as most people seem to think. It's definitely less hassle than you'll go through the day you want to get x,000,000 dollars from Bitcoin to USD or whatever other currency. We here on this forum adore bitcoin and pretend it's really easy to use and readily accessible. this isn't true, and has some serious barrier to liquidation. sure, there are ways to get around KYC exchanges etc, but in the end you'll find it's far from the preferred mode for money laundering out there. (especially demonstrated by the tiny market cap and daily volume BTC has).

That is why they are banning it I think, they are annoyed that they can't even touch it like what they can do to fiat, so some of them decided to ban it since they are not going to get anything from it, they can't steal it to their people because it is decentralized. But the possibility of bitcoin to be embraced by all the countries in the near future is way more higher than the possibility of it for being banned.

If governments want to ban Bitcoin then they are only losing out as it has no borders, and it is sound money so they better start to think of adapting and innovating, otherwise they will lose out.

If there is any income, then no governament will ban bitcoin. if they allow people to use bitcoin freely the govt will not get anything, and all people addicted to bitcoins and stopped using fiat then no income will come to govt to run their country. so most of the govt are not adopting this bitcoin.

as far as I know something like this could happen, because bitcoin does not yet have a legitimate permit from the government. so I think it is necessary to clarify the government as well as what bitcoin and the truth how, because this is very necessary for the community.

China bans everything Facebook, Google etc. It is a corrupt system, they don't like freedom. You can not compare it to other countries.

You can not compare it to other countries. you are right that China have one of the uglyist political system where there is nothing like freedom and when we talk about financial freedom than its almost zero. They have very strong anti-money laundering policy so people in china can't move their fiat outside their country and now chinese government are shutting down bitcoin trading platform because chinese were using bitcoin to move their money out of their country. Few other countries like India might follow this trend.

China has The Great Firewall. They are blocking almost every website that is not appealing to China goverment. Did Facebook and Google die because of it? Of course not, they are known and used worldwide. Same thing goes for Bitcoin. It is widely used by residents of many different countries. Even if it's illegal somewhere to use Bitcoin then what's the problem to use TOR network to send payments and access bitcointalk?
I wouldnt fuck with bitcoin if it actually became illegal, depending on the regime. the gcf is more than a blockcade; it also is an eye into the internet activities of private citizens. bitcoin traffic in its present state is extremely recognizable. at the best, they will confiscate your shit. at the worst, they will confiscate your shit, and arrest you as well. not worth it for something thats only been around for a few years. if you live in a place, abide by its reasonable, or at least enforceable, laws. if you cant do that, you should probably more somewhere else

already china has banned bitcoins is there any chance that other countries may ban bitcoins? many from countries that do not care about bitcoin, even the central government in our country does not respond that bitcoin is a problem. this happens to my country, in my country we are free to use bitcoin and invest. although our government does not legalize and does not prohibit. I think our country will take a positive step on bitcoin.

I do not think bitcoin banned will be effective, community and bitcoin users spread evenly in many countries so it will not have much impact. it is time for bitcoin to be legalized not banned.
Yeah you are right, it is time for legalization of bitcoins. Bitcoins have proved their worth to the world by retaining their value in the market, although Chinese ban caused fall in the prices of bitcoins but they sustained themselves so it is impossible that bitcoins will be banned in the world. They will keep on recovering their value in the market till no one can compete it.

Bitcoin will not be able to be banned in the whole world because it has a lot of benefits when you have it and you can have a good investment portfolio when you include bitcoin to that. Bitcoin and governments are slowly getting together because the governments are slowly noticing bitcoin that it is getting mainstream because of its features and possible benefits.
