This is absolutely possible. I have read many cases where people earn even more . It's just your luck and sometimes even skill. But think yourself he might have lost soo many times to figure out the actual way to make profit . And it is still not necessary that he might win everytime now. He might even become greedy and use that amount to gamble more and end up having 0.

That person for sure has been bestowed with a lot of luck by that time fir sure and if I were him I'd keep my winnings and just bet with the original capital he used. That is a huge amount of money and you won't be lucky all the time especially in gambling so better play it smart.
