Yes the ICO has just started and took the website down to make some changes just after the start so thing will pick up.  We also had issue sending the emails to all of our subscribers but that has been sorted now.

I have already updated the Croatian thread with new info. I also got a feeling that a little bit more aggressive marketing approach is needed at the moment because legit ICO projects got buried under all airdrop announcements.
