In your ICO started that the proceeds you plan to improve the service. What new features will be added after the ICO end?

We are planning to integrate a lot of new features after ICO: 1)API & Widget - companies will be able to use our service by hosting it on their websites; 2)Document Repository - a place where users can store the files attached to their contract - photos, scanned copies, text files (and any files that legally supplement the contract); 3)IoT Solutions for Smart Contracts with Hardware - interconnected oracles updating the contract with incoming information from external sensors (GPS data, meteo data, electronic locks);4) Expansion to other blockchain platforms, that support smart contracts (Ethereum Classic, Qtum, EOS, Tezos) and this is not the full list what we are planning to implement in future!

Hello, can you tell us more, what are smart contracts? As they are, and what items from the two sides they include?

Smart contracts are self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement between buyer and seller is directly written into lines of code. The code and the agreements contained therein exist across a distributed, decentralized blockchain network. Smart contracts permit trusted transactions and agreements to be carried out among disparate, anonymous parties without the need for a central authority, legal system, or external enforcement mechanism. They render transactions traceable, transparent, and irreversible.

How will the dispute resolution process between the parties, if Confideal no need to disclose your personal information?

The dispute resolution could proceed without personal information because this process will take place between two parties, money is on the contract, two wallets launched a deal, there will be no problems. Sides of deals could provide general information (e-mail, skype account, etc.) where they will keep in touch.

So what about VAT and import/export laws of different counties. I feel that the biggest hurdle for this project will be customs and taxes.

Unless I misunderstand the real use of the platform. Front page said international transfers and exchanges.

We logically and interfacing do not overlap with customs and taxes, moreover we even don't have technical interaction. If party need to get through customs - he needs to duplicate documents in paper form and then attach them to smart contract.
